Verification

The public synthesis supports publication as a bounded account of prescribed file retention, selective consumption and textual adaptation, with the carried limits below. No material blocker was found. Its central characterization does not depend on observed adherence, factual acceptance or demonstrated improvement.

I read the complete supplied members, their types, reconciliation, report and profile judgments, and the empty synthesis answers. I assessed the substantive statements against their cited records and annotations, including the reconciliation's duplicate supersessions. No frozen-source read or new evidence was needed. The evidence boundary remains SRC-1 at the revision in boundary and evidence; this verification does not independently authenticate operation or revisit source coverage.

Boundary and startup. The synthesis distinguishes the shipped substrate from external inference, tools and enforcement. Its predominantly doctrine/design basis, narrow converter implementation and lack of supplied operation or causal evidence match the Source register. The account of substitutable assistants, unspecified model mutability, host permissions and prescribed startup exceptions is supported by RT-CMP-ai-assistant, RT-CLM-host-permissions and RT-RTE-session-start. The whole-system wording is explicitly confined to shipped responsibilities, not external-host internals.

Capture, admission and delivery. The public account preserves the distinction between a parked capture, a completed article and an answer delivered in a later invocation. The workflow account and RT-RTE-capture-file support this progression without inventing delegation or automatic continuation. Completion's accuracy criterion is retained, but neither that criterion nor active status is presented as factual verification: see EPI-RTE-completion-check, EPI-RTE-completion-status and EPI-RTE-completion-links. The explicit-destination, log, immediate-rule and independent-write alternatives preserve the qualifications of RT-CLM-review-policy. Optional originals, policy-only immutability and contingent Git recovery are not strengthened into preservation or rollback guarantees.

Consumption and context control. RT-RTE-knowledge-query and its memory annotation support directory/summary routing, one-to-three-file selection, long-file reduction, freshness warnings and a further decision to save an answer. The public text correctly separates disk availability from received model context. MEM-OBJ-decision and EPI-CLM-decision-learning support prescribed precedent use, not improved decisions or causal transfer. The compaction account preserves manual triggering, installation dependence and the inability to restore discarded turns; linked-code consultation remains afforded rather than deployed. See MEM-RTE-compact-reload and MEM-BAP-linked-context. The separate external-consumer inventory limit prevents the foreground route from implying complete cross-host coverage.

Adaptation and independent properties. The synthesis uses the canonical MEM-RTE-pattern-capture, rather than treating the superseded epistemic declaration as a second mechanism. It likewise uses MEM-OBJ-sources for preserved originals. Its conversation-to-text-to-later-consumer chain, branch-specific human controls and distinction from weight training follow the pattern-capture record and RT-BAP-instruction-load. Immediate capture is not conflated with approval-gated RT-RTE-context-review. The claimed trace-learning statement is explicitly about prescribed durable writes, not improved capacity. The theory-builder conditions retain their separate afforded, claimed and uninspected statuses. Criticism improving future action, exercised reflection, autonomous theory building and exercised or successful self-improvement are not inferred from persistence or revision. The dispositional self-change claim names its operating-text boundary, later-session horizon and improvement objectives, while withholding the unobserved causal links.

Checks and scenario-relative assessment. Structural maintenance and retirement are not presented as universal factual acceptance or withdrawal. The epistemic conclusion supports withholding a semantic classification of particular query outputs and acceptance of newly produced ampliative claims. EPI-RTE-blog-review and EPI-RTE-blog-publish support presentation checking and operational publication without added warrant. The converter account follows RT-RTE-metadata-migrate and EPI-RTE-metadata-transform: static loss and overwrite behavior are distinct from executed conversion, valid YAML or semantic preservation. The concluding scenarios compare requirements with these bounded mechanisms, not products or adoption choices. The proposed resolving evidence is appropriately separated into activation traces, acceptance evidence, deployment evidence and controlled improvement comparisons.

Carriage of settled limits. The Limitations table preserves all four report-verification limits with their record citations and prevented conclusions. The profile verification declares none. Reconciliation retains no unresolved cross-report conflict; its source-level discrepancies are represented without inventing operational timers or choosing a stronger status. Additional public caveats preserve the accepted uncertainty about operation, sources, received context, semantic/admission chains and external execution. No newly discovered record fault requires a further limitation or reopening reconciliation.
