Verification

Judgment and method

The five submitted members support a bounded account of an instruction-driven knowledge-base substrate, with the local limits below. No material blocker was found. The account does not establish successful agent operation, factual acceptance, improved capacity or security of external hosts.

I read all pinned members, their types, the empty correction-answer files and the structural check. The structural check reports none; there is no structural failure requiring a routed blocker. I independently rechecked the frozen checkout's HEAD and clean status, inventoried its tracked tree, and traced source behavior rather than relying on the analysts' validation claims. SRC-1 and the functional boundary are see boundary. All source reads concern that source at the reviewed revision. No target program, hook, test, integration or model was executed.

The direct reads covered all six bootstraps, configuration/context/standard/tools, all six top-level instruction modules, blog instructions, the decision and knowledge templates, inbox/source/project/output READMEs, operation and structural logs, Claude settings and setup, Git exclusions, Obsidian creation/template/daily-note settings, the clipper template, supported-tools, linked-code and journal-sync documentation, philosophy, and the complete migration program. Each declaration's source anchor and evidence layer was assessed for semantic support. Quotations and link syntax are the deterministic check's responsibility; matching source text was not treated as proof of operation.

Record and route dispositions

Runtime. RT-CMP-ai-assistant correctly places inference and model mutability outside the inspected substrate; SRC-1, docs/supported-tools.md, establishes substitutable file-capable consumers, not a pinned model or equivalent behavior. RT-OBJ-instruction-modules identifies operating guidance rather than personal content. RT-RTE-session-start preserves framework-mode and Claude setup exceptions, phase-dependent loading and external ownership. The source branch in SRC-1, AGENTS.md, and the additional exception in .claude/CLAUDE.md support the account's qualified startup gate.

RT-RTE-capture-file, RT-CLM-review-policy and RT-BAP-instruction-load correctly distinguish ordinary draft admission, destination/log exceptions and immediate rule edits. SRC-1, _meta/instructions/general.md, makes instructions editable retained outputs and future inputs; _meta/instructions/agent-write.md offers review opportunity, not an enforced universal quarantine. RT-RTE-knowledge-query accurately bounds selection, long-file reduction, freshness warnings, citations and proactive outcome consumption. The assistant selects and synthesizes; outcomes are not an independent answer oracle. RT-RTE-context-review correctly retains user approval before restructuring, line-count indicators and subsequent file loading without attributing benefit. Its theory conditions remain separately qualified: localized text is available, consumption and iteration are prescribed, and exercised criticism and improvement are unobserved.

RT-CLM-host-permissions does not overstate committed settings as a sandbox. SRC-1, .claude/settings.json, and docs/claude-code-setup.md admit broad command families and describe bypass mode. RT-RTE-metadata-migrate correctly separates caller-selected scope from fixed conversion decisions, direct overwrite, per-file errors and unavailable automatic rollback. The implementation status is supported independently of unobserved execution. Runtime declares no evidenced absences; its bounded source-search statements do not imply absence in external hosts.

Memory objects. MEM-OBJ-config and MEM-OBJ-context distinguish profile, selected observations and personal facts from raw transcripts or weight training. MEM-OBJ-inbox, MEM-OBJ-sources and MEM-OBJ-knowledge preserve variable input lineage, optional original retention, policy-only immutability, local versus Git persistence and the separate export destination. MEM-OBJ-decision retains rationale, rejected options and outcome fields with their later precedent consumer; an empty template is not experience. MEM-OBJ-metadata and MEM-OBJ-logs distinguish selection proxies, retirement reasons, operation summaries, review cadence and optional read-path logging. Their source anchors support these distinct consumers, not a generic log-to-learning pipeline.

Memory routes and annotations. MEM-RTE-pattern-capture traces conversation-derived text through immediate writes to later startup/task reads. SRC-1, _meta/instructions/general.md, supports explicit rules, ambiguous-capture questions, directory approval and template suggestions as different admission mechanisms. The retained trace-derived products need not preserve every reason. MEM-RTE-lint-maintenance correctly treats structural checks and retirement as requested maintenance, not factual validation or universal withdrawal. MEM-RTE-compact-reload accurately follows the manual-compaction sentinel through removal and injected re-init instruction; SRC-1, docs/claude-code-setup.md, supplies a recipe, not an installed hook or disclosed summary algorithm. MEM-BAP-linked-context is a documented external-consumer affordance, not proof of full-window loading or scaffold deployment. The memory annotations preserve these differences on the runtime objects and routes without changing their referents. The write/read account remains valid with external-consumer inventory incompleteness noted below.

Epistemic objects and claims. EPI-OBJ-knowledge-article, EPI-OBJ-sources, EPI-OBJ-decision-outcome and EPI-OBJ-context correctly distinguish candidate statements and reported outcomes from accepted claims. EPI-OBJ-lint-report, EPI-OBJ-blog-post and EPI-OBJ-metadata retain structural findings, possible factual prose and mixed selector/description fields without inferring their truth from storage. EPI-CLM-decision-learning, EPI-CLM-standard-enforcement and EPI-CLM-knowledge-memory faithfully attribute source claims and qualify them against the actual protocols. In particular, the limited type: presence check cannot substantiate universal Tier 1 enforcement.

Epistemic functions. EPI-RTE-completion-check, EPI-RTE-completion-status and EPI-RTE-completion-links separate checklist judgment, operational designation and navigation. SRC-1, _meta/instructions/definition-of-done.md, does contain an accuracy criterion. It does not specify an evidence-consuming factual acceptance procedure, and links can precede status change. The ledger's integration finding is explicitly conditional on prescribed completion, not an assertion that accepted ampliative knowledge exists. EPI-RTE-lint-check supports conditional structural deductions from correctly interpreted measurements; it does not claim an observed deduction. EPI-RTE-lint-action retains manual broken-link resolution and advisory retirement. EPI-RTE-blog-review and EPI-RTE-blog-publish correctly separate presentation readiness from public operational use, without conferring factual warrant.

EPI-RTE-pattern-capture distinguishes policy adaptation from acquisition of personal assertions. EPI-RTE-metadata-transform is supported by a complete static trace of SRC-1, migrate-to-yaml-frontmatter.py: the first H1 becomes the rebuilt title, preceding text is omitted, repeated keys replace earlier values, and leading frontmatter is skipped without validation. Its concrete loss witness follows the implementation. The general edge remains indeterminate rather than universally lossless or ampliative. The other ledger functions preserve doctrine-only status and unobserved activation. No observed or causal evidence was silently promoted from the shipped examples.

Workflow and reconciliation. The workflow account faithfully connects the source-supported capture and later query protocols while keeping them separate invocations. Parking, completion and answer delivery are different results. Delegation is not invented, checklist failure is not described as an executable write barrier, and Git recovery is contingent on committed state. Its active-template/draft-rule discrepancy is supported by SRC-1, _meta/templates/knowledge-article.md, and _meta/instructions/agent-write.md.

I checked every explicit Part of: relation: the three completion functions are contained in the runtime capture/filing route, and metadata transformation is contained in the migration invocation. Their separate consequential functions justify separate records. The reconciliation correctly supersedes the two genuinely duplicate identities—preserved sources and conversation pattern capture—while retaining both declarations and their findings. Knowledge/article, decision/outcome, combined personal-context parts, metadata/indexes, and reports/logs remain valid container/part overlaps, not interchangeable identities. Lint evaluation/action likewise do not replace the wider maintenance account. Reconciliation disposes all memory integration issues and the workflow template discrepancy without selecting a stronger evidence status. No unresolved cross-report disagreement or missing conflict citation was found; source-level contradictions remain the limits below.

Consequential omission questions and stopping decision

The frozen tree and scoped searches across documentation, bootstraps, configuration and templates tested whether a shipped caller, evaluator, automatic admission route or alternate consumer could overturn the foreground instruction-loop account. Direct producer/consumer tracing included independent clipping and Obsidian capture, publication, bulk migration, journal persistence alternatives, linked-code reads, and compaction reload. No additional tracked executable driver or deployed evaluator was identified in that tree. This does not establish their absence in external installations.

The supported-tools read exposed additional external read-back recipes, not represented individually in the memory route inventory: Claude Projects selected-file synchronization, on-demand ChatGPT access and push-triggered vector-store synchronization. These are inside the boundary as integration expectations but their implementations remain external. They do not contradict the specifically scoped file-query protocol or establish a shipped embedding engine. SRC-1, docs/supported-tools.md, states:

  1. Select the branch and files to sync — recommended: _config/config.md, _config/context.md, and whatever you're currently working on
  2. Every chat in the project loads those files as background context --- docs/supported-tools.md

After setup, every git push triggers a sync — no manual action needed. --- docs/supported-tools.md

Search hits for nightly runners, heartbeat dispatch and orchestration warranted checking whether they added a shipped automatic loop. SRC-1, docs/claude-code-setup.md, only mentions the Idea Runner when motivating permissions; the tracked tree supplies no runner. I read boundary-excluded docs/future-directions.md for relevance only: its orchestration and heartbeat text is explicitly proposed future work, not an added shipped responsibility or an expanded boundary. No architectural finding relies on those future proposals.

Further omission expansion stopped because these selected questions have supported dispositions, the additional external recipes can be retained as a local inventory limit, and no identified material challenge remains undisposed. Exhaustive supporting-document inspection would not close the stated host, corpus, operation or causal-evidence gaps. The accepted conclusion remains a prescribed file-retention/adaptation loop plus a bounded executable converter, not complete enumeration or comparative validation of external hosts.

Limits

  • MEM-OBJ-inbox, MEM-OBJ-sources and RT-RTE-capture-file: SRC-1, _sources/README.md, says originals are discarded after seven days; _inbox/README.md says seven days only prompts triage and deletion requires asking; _meta/instructions/agent-write.md ties default disposal to filing. Withhold a uniform disposal-timing or automatic TTL guarantee. Optional original retention and the ordinary filing-discard prescription remain supported; the reports already retain the contradiction.
  • MEM-OBJ-metadata, MEM-RTE-lint-maintenance, RT-RTE-knowledge-query and EPI-RTE-lint-check: SRC-1, _config/standard.md, prescribes YAML and Markdown links, while query still uses bold-field wording and lint requests wikilink conversion but searches Markdown inbound links. Withhold consistent metadata matching, complete schema enforcement and coherent orphan detection across those forms. Selective model-mediated retrieval and the individually specified lint predicates remain supported; no executed failure rate is established.
  • EPI-RTE-completion-status, EPI-OBJ-knowledge-article, MEM-OBJ-knowledge and the workflow account: SRC-1, _meta/templates/knowledge-article.md, defaults to active despite agent-write's draft requirement, and _meta/instructions/blog-posts/instructions.md adds published outside _config/standard.md's lifecycle list. Withhold a uniform template-to-status admission contract and any inference that copied or published status proves completion or factual acceptance. The prescribed draft rule, checklist and specialized publishing path remain supported separately.
  • RT-CMP-ai-assistant, RT-RTE-knowledge-query, MEM-BAP-linked-context and the memory read-back account: SRC-1, docs/supported-tools.md, also affords Claude Projects background file supply, on-demand ChatGPT access and push-triggered external vector-store synchronization. These recipes are not individually represented by retained route records. Withhold completeness of the external-consumer inventory and cross-host selector, persistence, embedding, warrant or privacy comparisons. The specifically traced foreground file reads and linked-code affordance remain valid, and no inspected target-owned vector index or deployed synchronization is implied.
