Reconciliation
Shared boundary
All four reports use the boundary's partial documentary loop and Source register. SRC-1 supplies platform doctrine/design and only the device seeder's implementation. Their shared lack of execution and sibling implementation evidence limits conclusions; it is not a disagreement or an evidenced whole-platform absence. No source rereads were needed for this reconciliation.
Duplicate supersessions
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-knowledge-files is superseded by MEM-OBJ-knowledge-files. Both identify the same repository Markdown/YAML content substrate, distinguish symbolic fields from interpreted bodies, and retain the same SRC-1 au-engine.md parsing passage. The memory record also accounts for opaque indexed assets. This connects the epistemic inventory and graph/retention ledger to the memory substrate; it neither warrants the content nor supersedes the separate live graph.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-type-definitions is superseded by MEM-OBJ-type-definitions. Both identify repository YAML definitions of fields, references, inheritance and body constraints in SRC-1 au-engine.md. The epistemic record's diagnostic-domain assessment and nonnegative-expression countercase concern those same definitions, not a competing type substrate. The supersession connects the diagnostic route's criteria to the memory inventory without replacing either analyst's findings. Diagnostic checking remains separately declared below.
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-session-ledger is superseded by MEM-OBJ-session-ledger. Both refer to the same per-session event output of RT-RTE-mediated-action, supported by its SRC-1 au-mcp.md append passage. The epistemic record explicitly identifies this observation-output part; memory distinguishes the retained raw trace from its producing route. Both leave schema, durability and later replay unresolved. The epistemic ledger's retention finding therefore concerns the same trace object, not a second ledger.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-graph-index is superseded by MEM-RTE-graph-reuse. Both trace mounted files through change-driven indexing into the live graph and later versioned reads/subscriptions by UI or agent clients. Both retain SRC-1 au-engine.md indexing/access evidence, documentary design findings and uninspected implementation/operation. Their different analytical labels do not identify different routes. The epistemic acquisition assessment and memory read-back account remain separate assessments of that chain; this connection does not promote source warrant or observed reuse.
Distinct parts and overlapping routes
The graph chain is not identical to either RT-RTE-mediated-action or RT-RTE-host-edit. Those routes specify different initiating principals, admission controls and effects. MEM-RTE-graph-reuse covers their shared downstream file reuse plus direct filesystem/engine paths. It is not wholly part of exactly one, so neither runtime route is superseded. MEM-OBJ-live-graph is their derived in-memory state, not the durable files or a route duplicate.
EPI-RTE-type-diagnostics names structural checking; RT-CLM-diagnostic-saves names the permissive save/read contract. MEM-CLM-maintenance-limits adds mutation previews and unresolved withdrawal propagation. These are not identical records. Their common diagnostic evidence does not establish a truth-acceptance gate or complete invalidation of later contexts.
EPI-OBJ-registry-paths is the declared name/location and template-path part of RT-OBJ-device-config, not its tool-path map or whole container. The valid container remains. The epistemic parser countercase concerns SRC-1 scripts/seed-device-config.py input interpretation. Runtime's merge preservation and memory's annotation describe preservation of parsed selections; neither establishes lossless parsing of arbitrary YAML. This is an additional qualification, not a conflict requiring either preservation finding to be replaced.
EPI-OBJ-write-metadata is stamped file metadata, distinct from session events. EPI-RTE-hook-lineage is the declared lineage/observation part of RT-RTE-mediated-action, not the whole admission/action pipeline. The epistemic ledger separates stamping from event retention and gives neither a demonstrated acceptance or replay consumer. These part/container relationships require no supersession of the runtime route.
RT-OBJ-agent-profile selects session surfaces; RT-BAP-profile-guidance describes their intended authority at the harness. They are not interchangeable with knowledge bodies, tool execution or learned guidance. Memory annotates selection/materialization limits, and epistemic distinguishes operational supply from warrant. MEM-OBJ-view-store likewise is not shared pane configuration in RT-RTE-host-edit; its opaque lifetime prevents equating it with durable host memory.
EPI-RTE-source-ingest concerns the separately described files-to-source-notes package, not graph indexing or device seeding. EPI-CLM-typed-knowledge concerns reusable organization/capabilities, not the narrower runtime claims about saves, mediation or privileges. Neither requires duplicate supersession.
Convergence and integration dispositions
The memory integration issues are accounted for as follows: the implemented subsequent seeder read/merge supplements RT-RTE-device-seeding, whose later-reader limit explicitly concerns host/engine consumers; graph-route overlap is connected above rather than substituted for runtime writers; the ledger receives the duplicate supersession above; viewer state remains distinct; and unknown guidance budgets, ledger readers and withdrawal propagation remain local limits. No correction of the runtime's stated consumer boundary follows from the seeder's own later merge consumption.
The workflow account and its annotation elaborate RT-RTE-mediated-action, rather than declare a competing workflow route. Its distinction between an illustrative wrote acknowledgment and an independently verified write preserves runtime's documentary status. Possible read-and-retry continuation does not turn runtime's unresolved recovery into an implemented retry machine. Tool-result handoff is not final user acceptance.
Runtime's RT-CLM-mediation-floors, the epistemic admission rows and workflow's rejection discussion independently converge on conditional mediated-path governance: fail-closed loading and unreachable-daemon fail-open mediation concern different points. RT-CLM-user-privileges and RT-RTE-extension-load distinguish SDK eligibility from sandboxing. Host/external effects remain alternate paths, not a contradiction hidden by selecting a stronger status.
No unresolved disagreement between the supplied reports was identified. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied. Shared uncertainties about missing sibling implementations, context delivery, acceptance, trace-fed updates and exercised benefit remain limitations, not settled defects or whole-platform negatives. The supersessions above connect identities only; all original declarations, layer-specific statuses and bounded findings remain in their declaring members.
