Verification
The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow records, applied the reconciliation's local-memory supersession, and checked carriage of the report and profile verification limits. No correction argument was supplied. No source files were read, no evidence was added, and no target execution was performed. The judgment concerns support and qualifications, not a repetition of deterministic reference or quotation checks.
Boundary and execution. The opening gives the frozen revision, cutoff, source identity, whole-system scope and implementation/design evidence basis from the Source register. It expressly distinguishes whole-system scope from exhaustive inspection. The product's task/cost and event-authority statements remain attributed claims in RT-CLM-task-runtime, not measured results. Session/Turn/Run identity, Host ownership and CLI observation agree with RT-RTE-cli-turn. Configured-model identity is not strengthened into weight fixity; RT-CMP-ai-model supplies that limit.
The distinction between model proposals and executable dispatch follows RT-RTE-tool-settlement. The account preserves nested settlement, durable continuation and the difference between terminal delivery and task fulfillment. Its sandbox discussion retains fail-closed conditions, Bypass and client preparation under ask, and the external enforcement contracts. RT-BAP-tool-boundary and RT-RTE-executor-plugin support the rejection of universal isolation or ledger guarantees.
Delegation and context. The selected foreground-child workflow is coherent and explicitly selective. Child task, tool ceiling, parent currency, separate context and noninheritance of local memory are supported by RT-RTE-child-graph. Bounded results do not become a complete transcript. The synthesis correctly distinguishes durable children from disposable frames and patch publication from parent application or semantic approval, using WF-RTE-patch-publication and the workflow account. The absence of a mandatory independent task-quality verifier is restricted to that inspected workflow, not generalized to every evaluator in Maka.
Effective history, text checkpoints, opaque provider state and session-bound evidence reload remain distinct in RT-RTE-context-projection, MEM-OBJ-text-checkpoint, MEM-OBJ-provider-checkpoint and MEM-RTE-archive-read. The synthesis does not turn coverage or compatibility checks into semantic preservation, nor an address into resident evidence.
Memory and acceptance. Local-memory findings use the surviving MEM-RTE-local-memory. The account preserves policy, active/session eligibility, the character cap, whole-document replacement and unresolved caller identity. It does not equate approval metadata with authenticated human review. Trace extraction is correctly distinguished from that queue. EPI-RTE-memory-evidence, EPI-RTE-memory-canonicalize and EPI-RTE-memory-disposition support fallible evidence-consuming acceptance for user-assertion reuse, not external truth verification or accepted novel knowledge. MEM-RTE-recall-history and EPI-RTE-memory-commit support the downstream loss of citation detail and the distinction between archived sessions and archived facts.
Index body edits, coverage checkpoints, Matter intermediate state and reviewed settlement retain their separate gates and consumers. The synthesis does not promote independent extraction files into index adoption or daily archives into automatic method revision. These conclusions follow MEM-RTE-index-maintenance, MEM-RTE-matter-state, MEM-RTE-history-extract and MEM-OBJ-review-archive.
Continuation and independent properties. Scheduled/Graph admission is not described as completed work. Goal judging retains its recent-text input restriction and operational rather than independently verified achievement status; evaluator failure is not progress evidence. External Eval reward remains distinct from completion classification. See RT-RTE-durable-wake, EPI-RTE-goal-judge, EPI-RTE-goal-selection and EPI-RTE-eval-verification.
The learning discussion leads with positive trace-fed update wiring, then withholds improved-capacity and causal-benefit claims. It does not infer theory-builder conditions from memory or model judging. Because the runtime supplies no separate theory-condition assessments, the conditional synthesis requirement does not justify inventing them. Reflection and autonomy remain independently unestablished, not evidenced absent. The self-improvement discussion identifies missing subsequent exercise and causal dependence over later invocations, without requiring demonstrated benefit for pathway membership. Plugin installability remains operational change admission, not evaluated self-revision: RT-RTE-plugin-admission. Scenario assessments are architectural possibilities, not adoption advice or observed outcomes.
Settled limits. The Limitations table carries both supplied verification limits and their consequences. It names the ordinary-session heartbeat alternative, withholding complete proactive-trigger, context-reuse and delivery comparisons rather than generalizing index-worker or Matter contracts. It also preserves the profile's grouped-unit granularity limit: existence findings remain supported, but values cannot be assigned to every grouped part or unit counts treated as independent mechanisms. Other rows retain opaque state, caller identity, semantic fidelity, withdrawal, source propagation, later adoption, evaluator scope and remaining-path limitations with the affected records. No unresolved reconciliation conflict was supplied. These stated uncertainties do not invalidate the bounded conclusions, and no additional record fault or material synthesis defect was found.
