Verification
I checked all ten axes in the memory profile, including each unit's findings, basis, scope, coverage assessment and explanatory notes, against the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow records. I applied the handed reconciliation's local-memory supersession: classifications use MEM-RTE-local-memory, not the superseded epistemic route. The broader bundle and item containers do not replace their operative parts. No correction objections were supplied. No source files were read, and no new records or quotations are introduced.
Storage and representation. Files and SQLite have concrete retained-object witnesses in MEM-OBJ-local-entries, MEM-OBJ-bundle-metadata, MEM-OBJ-memory-item, MEM-OBJ-index-documents, MEM-OBJ-matter-state and MEM-OBJ-extraction-files. The profile does not turn a persistence interface into a physical substrate. Its text/symbolic distinctions follow interpreted bodies versus fixed metadata consumers. In particular, MEM-OBJ-provider-checkpoint supports the visible symbolic wrapper, not a classification of the encrypted payload. Checkpoint substrate and payload uncertainties remain included rather than being displaced by the known text branch.
Lineage and write agency. Authored text, imported sessions, trace-derived products and compiled access structures retain separate derivation warrants. MEM-RTE-session-import establishes imported origin without establishing conversion fidelity or every subsequent consumer. MEM-RTE-fact-extraction, EPI-RTE-memory-disposition and EPI-RTE-memory-commit support computational admission independently of the unresolved local editor callers. The profile correctly declines to infer manual agency from producer-written approval labels in MEM-OBJ-bundle-metadata. Its automatic findings concern generated-content admission, not merely the fact that software writes bytes. Agent authorship and trace extraction can coexist without implying human approval.
Authority and curation. The profile distinguishes context at the answering model, standing continuation guidance, update inputs, and mechanically consumed eligibility, revision and range controls. MEM-RTE-recall-history supports knowledge delivery and retained-text lexical ranking; MEM-OBJ-item-index supplies lookup and extraction-control metadata. MEM-RTE-index-maintenance, MEM-RTE-matter-state and EPI-RTE-goal-selection support the separately described maintenance, settlement and continuation effects, not a universal authority score. Extraction and textual compaction support consolidation; local archive, replacement, fact-store mutation capabilities, index removal and Matter revisions support their bounded curation findings. The profile keeps afforded fact edits separate from wired extraction and does not infer synthesis from arbitrary generation or deduplication from collision checks. Some units remain coarse, as recorded below.
Read-back direction and signal. MEM-RTE-local-memory supports automatic delivery and both coarse eligibility/budget filtering and an actual session-identity match. RT-RTE-context-projection supports automatic checkpoint reuse with coverage/compatibility checks. Requested Recall, MEM-RTE-archive-read, index body reads, daily archive queries and explicit child-output reads remain pull operations. Their requested delivery is not counted again as push, and Recall lexical ranking is not mislabeled a push signal. The index notes, Matter saved-verdict reuse and goal pending prompt have named automatic consumers. Matter wake paths are not mistaken for body delivery. Local signal inapplicability is limited to the explicitly requested operations, not extended across unresolved imported-history or external-executor alternatives.
Trace learning and original sources. Automatic fact extraction, retained text compaction, history-fed index maintenance, Matter state revision and durable goal steering each have a trace-fed write and a later consumer in the cited records. These support wired architectural findings without an observed improvement claim. MEM-OBJ-text-checkpoint and RT-RTE-context-projection support conversational and tool-result inputs; EPI-RTE-goal-judge confines the goal input to recent user/assistant text. RuntimeEvent serialization alone does not establish event-stream origin. Mixed index and Matter inputs remain partial. The provider alternative and generated products without established behavior-shaping adoption remain unresolved rather than supplying an unsupported negative. WF-RTE-patch-publication establishes publication and listing, not parent application.
All axis assessments remain partial. Named opaque, imported, external-executor and other uninspected retained-state alternatives are not dropped to obtain complete coverage. No global absence, trace-learning no, observed operation, causal benefit or retained parameter update is asserted. The profile's explicitly scoped uncertainties are not defects merely because stronger classifications might become possible with additional accepted records. The supported comparison values can be published with the local granularity limit below.

Limits
- The memory profile groups several distinct retained parts and consumers into some authority and admission units, notably index bodies/criterion/progress/coverage, Matter state/review/currentness, and checkpoint summary/coverage. MEM-RTE-index-maintenance, MEM-OBJ-index-cursors, MEM-RTE-matter-state, MEM-OBJ-matter-reviews and MEM-OBJ-text-checkpoint distinguish those paths more finely. The individual finding notes identify the supporting effects, so the emitted existence findings remain supported; consumers must not treat every value in a grouped unit as applying to every part, or use unit counts as counts of independently classified consumer or admission mechanisms. Fine-grained route-by-route comparisons remain incomplete; this does not invalidate the partial system unions.
