Verification

I checked all ten axes in the memory profile, including their positive findings, evidence bases, unit scopes and inventory assessments. The handed reconciliation supersedes the epistemic claim-statement and page-summary duplicates with the memory declarations; the profile uses those canonical objects. No unresolved inter-report conflict changes a classification. This judgment uses the handed records and annotations, not a new source inspection or an inferred execution result.

Storage and form. The SQLite finding follows RT-OBJ-knowledge-store and its separately declared memory parts. Relations and FTS remain structures within SQLite, rather than additional storage substrates. Files follow EPI-OBJ-source-content, RT-RTE-answer-save, MEM-OBJ-rendered-views and RT-RTE-runtime-setup. The form units distinguish prose from IDs, scalar controls, event fields, frontmatter and configuration routing fields. Readable endpoint descriptions do not classify provider payloads. Remaining export templates and provider state are explicitly unresolved, so neither axis implies complete coverage.

Lineage. Imported external content, authored operator configuration, compiled graph/views and activity-derived events or saved answers have separately supported derivation paths. See MEM-OBJ-source-register, MEM-OBJ-epistemic-events and RT-RTE-answer-save. The known paths do not settle original authorship, arbitrary embedding initialization or provider provenance. The profile retains those alternatives instead of treating a known compiler path as complete object provenance.

Authority. Informational delivery is supported by RT-BAP-retained-context; lexical and confidence-based ordering are supported by RT-RTE-question-answer, MEM-OBJ-page-summaries and RT-RTE-health-review. Hashes, metadata and relations select operations or scopes. Edited entity guidance supplies instructions through the distinct configuration channel. The default slide selector gives retained confidence both a numeric eligibility role and an enforced exclusion effect, bounded by the topic override in EPI-RTE-slide-output. This is not a factual validation guarantee. Learning authority is assigned to saved answer material at the subsequent update consumer, not indiscriminately to all graph content. External export consumption remains afforded, rather than wired or observed. Grouped informational or selector units do not conceal a conflicting basis or unresolved consumer within their expressly named scopes.

Write agency and curation. RT-RTE-source-ingest supports automatic per-item compiler admission despite user initiation. Explicit setup choices and answer retention are distinguished from later automatic extraction; generic API callers and external initialization remain unresolved. Evolution and decay follow actual retained statement/score updates in MEM-OBJ-claims and MEM-OBJ-claim-controls. Requested summary reduction and semantic duplicate avoidance remain claimed findings, not demonstrated semantic transformations. The profile does not infer synthesis from model generation, count FTS rebuilding as curation, or treat the transient prefix filter in EPI-RTE-chunk-selection as retained-memory deduplication. Partial assessments preserve the unresolved transformation coverage.

Read-back direction and signal. Requested answers, page/history reads and maintenance requests are distinguished from automatic compiler-context supply. Automatic all-statement/title delivery is coarse; actual page/kind lookups select summary inputs or entity guidance by identifier. The watcher selects the file delivered to admission, not a passive catalog identifier or another delivery of a requested answer. These distinctions follow RT-RTE-source-ingest, RT-RTE-runtime-setup and MEM-OBJ-page-summaries. Ordinary lexical question retrieval is not mislabeled as inferred-lexical push. Neither axis claims to resolve opaque provider alternatives.

Trace learning and source. The positive route is optional saved question/answer content followed by automatic graph extraction and later answering: RT-RTE-answer-save, RT-RTE-source-ingest. The required later ingestion or active watcher remains an activation condition, not evidence that the route operated. Recorded question/answer activity supports session-log origin; its Markdown wrapper and filesystem trigger do not establish additional trace-source values. Reduced mutation events and return-only review/consensus outputs do not establish another qualifying update. Unknown source contents and provider writes remain unresolved rather than yielding a system-wide negative. The wired positive claims neither improved capacity nor weight training.

All axis-level assessments are partial. Their notes preserve the missing coverage, while positive findings retain local bases. No unsupported absence, inapplicability, observed-operation finding or complete system inventory was identified. The disclosed uncertainties are already expressed in the extracted units and assessments; they do not require an additional verification limit.
