Verification
The handed synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked every substantive passage against the supplied boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applied the five reconciliation supersessions, and checked carriage of the report and profile verification findings. There is no supplied synthesis refusal or correction argument to resolve. I read no source files, added no evidence and executed no target code.
Boundary and runtime progression. The public account identifies SRC-1, the exact revision, the cutoff and the distinction between static implementation, doctrine and attributed outcomes. Its whole-system scope does not claim exhaustive algorithm verification. The external host retains conversational control; the service owns admission, maintenance and selection. Installation requests and hook commands are not presented as observed compliance. The admission account preserves novelty bypasses and alternate writers, so it does not turn the explicit remember gate into a system-wide invariant. These findings agree with the boundary, RT-RTE-install-integration, RT-RTE-remember-recall, RT-CLM-write-gate and MEM-RTE-curation-write.
Retained adaptation and warrant. The synthesis leads with the supported contribution: automatic trace-fed changes produce durable material and selection state with later consumers. It does not equate this wiring with improved capacity. Action-group thresholds and processed flags, sensory inputs, subsequent transformations and their uneven lineage remain bounded by RT-RTE-trace-consolidation, MEM-OBJ-episodes and MEM-RTE-maintenance-cycle. Its lexical-promotion veto and stronger-than-premise memify assertion are supported by EPI-RTE-cls-consistency, EPI-RTE-cls-promotion and EPI-RTE-synthetic-facts. It neither denies all checks nor asserts a system-complete absence of truth acceptance. Query-driven rewriting, usefulness feedback and file freshness retain their separate operational consequences rather than becoming factual corroboration; see MEM-RTE-recall-revision, EPI-RTE-feedback-update and EPI-RTE-file-validation.
Selection, delivery and recovery. The account distinguishes service retrieval from direct hooks, project lookup, hierarchy, story and reminder consumers. It preserves route-specific rule enforcement, by-value delivery and external window eviction. The camping counterexample remains a static deduction about an optional ranking branch, not an observed false answer. Structured readers remain distinct from successful MCP delivery, with the carried incompatibility below. Global checkpoint selection, bounded anchors, truncated micro-checkpoints, DB-path divergence and error suppression prevent complete replay or project isolation. Separate compression and deletion bodies prevent universal protection, rollback or derivative retraction. The supporting records are RT-RTE-context-selection, RT-RTE-hook-context, EPI-RTE-inferred-ranking, RT-RTE-replay-context, MEM-RTE-compression-write, MEM-OBJ-memory-archives and MEM-RTE-withdrawal-path. The synthesis uses the canonical memory representatives for superseded routes without discarding the epistemic qualifications.
Workflow, comparisons and improvement. The selected LoCoMo workflow is one shipped driver, not a fabricated host task. Generator/judge visibility, gold-answer withholding, negative-score consequences, exception substitution and optional JSON delivery agree with RT-RTE-evaluation-mode, EPI-RTE-answer-judgment and the workflow account. Conversational-log reformulation is preserved as a separate positive trace-to-retained-context pathway; the absence of established judgment-to-production feedback does not erase it. Reported benchmark outcomes remain attributed and reader-model confounding remains explicit in accordance with EPI-CLM-benchmark-benefit. The memify assessment names its boundary, horizon, objective and missing outcome-responsive update and subsequent-operation links. It keeps capacity gain, criticism of consumed theory, reflection, autonomous theory building and exercised self-improvement independently unestablished rather than deriving one from another. Not assigning theory-builder conditions 1–4 is faithful to the runtime's lack of a sufficient formulated-theory assessment, not an asserted absence of those conditions. See EPI-CLM-derived-facts and the bounded epistemic conclusion.
Limit carriage and public meaning. The Limitations table carries the report verification's structured-result fault with its records and prevented delivery conclusion. The profile verification declares no limits; reconciliation declares no unresolved conflicts. Other table rows preserve the accepted records' execution, external-contract, provenance, enrichment-vector, partial-inspection, recovery and improvement uncertainties. These qualifications are also placed beside the affected public claims. Proposed evidence and architectural changes are conditional ways to change the assessment, not new findings. No unsupported comparison value, central conclusion, absence claim or complete-coverage assertion requires repair. The carried local fault remains a limit because the narrower direct-reader capacity and the central plural-context account survive it.

Limits
- Structured profile/belief selection does not establish reliable delivery through MCP recall. MEM-OBJ-user-profiles, MEM-OBJ-derived-beliefs, EPI-RTE-profile-beliefs and RT-RTE-context-selection remain subject to the carried report-verification fault: SRC-1,
zikkaron/retrieval.pysupplies synthetic dictionaries without heat, whilezikkaron/server.pyreads that field unconditionally. The synthesis correctly withholds reliable or unchanged structured-result passage through that wrapper. Direct retriever/benchmark consumption remains implemented; actual exception incidence and successful MCP delivery remain unobserved. Withhold those delivery conclusions, not the supported producer/selector capacities or the general retained-context architecture.
