Verification

The handed synthesis supports a bounded public account. I checked its substantive statements against the supplied records, annotations and reconciliation supersessions, and read it independently of the supporting members' context. No material unsupported conclusion or omitted consequential qualification was identified. No source inspection, target execution, correction or additional evidence was introduced. The evidence boundary remains SRC-1 as registered in boundary: inspected implementation and doctrine, with an attributed synthetic result rather than an independently observed agent workflow.

• Starting state and workflow composition. The distinction between canonical initialization and legacy work/execution is supported by RT-RTE-idea-init, RT-RTE-file-workflow and the workflow account. The public text states the existing-legacy-state prerequisite rather than implying a continuous fresh-init journey. Caller decomposition, reference checks, caller-selected status and force bypass retain their narrower meanings.
• Selection, delivery and runtime authority. RT-OBJ-compiled-context, RT-RTE-compile-run and their memory annotations support explicit relationship selection, open-finding selection, narrower text rendering and the lack of an accepted-only predicate. The synthesis preserves the complete-JSON versus rendered-text distinction. It does not turn relationship exclusion into a token budget, filesystem isolation or revoked prior delivery. Preview, opt-in execution, requested toolsets, external model ownership and conditionally loaded skill guidance remain distinct in RT-BAP-context-prompt, RT-BAP-implementation-skill and RT-CMP-runtime-model.
• Return, verification and recovery. MEM-OBJ-run, MEM-OBJ-evidence, RT-RTE-compile-run and RT-RTE-verify-work support the output-retention and failure distinctions. Process completion is not presented as semantic acceptance. Separately invoked verification, possible executable effects, discarded diagnostic bytes and caller-owned recovery are preserved; the text claims neither automatic repair nor release delivery.
• Canonical review and later consumers. RT-RTE-knowledge-decide, EPI-RTE-portable-import and EPI-RTE-schema-migration support the local protocol without universal approval enforcement or authenticated identity. MEM-RTE-clarification-read, MEM-RTE-policy-revision, MEM-RTE-finding-maintenance and MEM-RTE-staleness-propagation support concrete retained-state effects. The text retains proposed-kind clarification, accepted-kind maturity, explicit dependency scope, duplicate-kind limitations and the advance-apply evidence gap. The synthesis leads with implemented retained-state control, then separates improved future capacity, theory-building, reflection, autonomous criticism and self-improvement as unestablished properties. The epistemic bounded conclusion, EPI-OBJ-learning, EPI-RTE-profile-selection and RT-RTE-source-admission support that restraint. It does not infer universal absence from missing traces. MEM-CLM-kernel-scope, EPI-RTE-kernel-gate and EPI-CLM-evaluation-contract support the scenario-relative assessment without achieved benefit or end-to-end latency claims. Proposed evidence and system changes are conditions for revising the assessment, not reported accomplishments.

The synthesis uses the surviving memory referents for the six reconciled duplicates; finer epistemic operations remain compatible with valid grouped memory records. No unresolved reconciliation conflict requires carriage. The supplied report verification declares no limits. The profile verification's one granularity limit is carried in the synthesis Limitations, with the supporting records, grouped consumer/effect issue and instruction to withhold fine-grained counts and complete per-consumer comparisons. Other limitations preserve unresolved specialized consumers, external controls, semantic review and concurrency evidence. These bounded uncertainties do not invalidate the remaining positive findings and require no additional verifier limit. The synthesis answers file is empty and no refusal or previous synthesis-verification judgment was supplied.
