Verification
The pinned reports support a bounded implementation account. No material correction is required. I read all declarations, annotations, coverage tables and conclusions in runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow, and all reconciliation dispositions. The structural report says none; the four correction-answer files are empty. They supply neither an outstanding structural failure nor a claimed repair. Source HEAD matches the boundary and source status is clean. All additional inspection used SRC-1 at that revision; no target, test, example or provider was executed. The public-snapshot classification and included shipped callers remain consistent with the boundary.
Selection and actual consumer input. I independently traced scan admission, both scoring passes, dependency collection, allocation and both assemblers in SRC-1 src-tauri/src/core/index.rs, src-tauri/src/core/engine.rs, src-tauri/src/core/scoring.rs and src-tauri/src/core/mcp.rs. The evidence supports RT-RTE-context-query, RT-OBJ-context-result and the memory annotations: required IDs relax an L1 condition rather than reserve budget; forced L0 items can appear only in scored output; budget-exhausted references can appear only in unloaded output. Prelude and reference text are not charged by the allocator. The three-L2 limit is not a whole-message token cap. Direct skill loading is one-hop, omits dependency L2, has no allocator budget, and records required but not optional dependency access. RT-RTE-skill-load preserves those distinctions.
Chat, provider and authority. I followed the shipped frontend send through backend fallback and both provider payload/response consumers, including disabled context, caller-supplied nonblank context and empty/failed selection. SRC-1 src/components/chat/ChatPanel.tsx and src-tauri/src/commands/inbox.rs support RT-RTE-desktop-chat, RT-CMP-inference-provider and RT-BAP-context-provider. Disabling the dedicated context fields does not filter history or the caller's system prompt. The inspected consumers return text, not a tool-execution loop or answer judgment. Model aliases/configuration do not pin weights. These findings concern reachable request fields and inspected branches, not a demonstrated deployment exploit or provider-internal absence. Static router and MCP-prelude bodies, CLI score/show/regenerate and connector producer searches support the distinct advisory channels in RT-RTE-adapter-handoff, RT-BAP-workspace-instructions, RT-CLM-context-start and RT-CLM-protected-edit. Source anchors: SRC-1 src-tauri/src/core/router.rs, src-tauri/src/cli.rs, src/views/ConnectorsView.tsx.
Objects and retention. I checked the canonical container and its level/control parts against metadata definitions, splitting, scanning, serialization and consumers. The Part of: relations from MEM-OBJ-l0, MEM-OBJ-l1, MEM-OBJ-l2, MEM-OBJ-memory-meta, EPI-OBJ-memory-content, EPI-OBJ-memory-metadata and EPI-OBJ-memory-instructions to RT-OBJ-memory express containment, not replacement. Defaults and warning-only folder checks are weaker than the generated writing contract. Acquisition and proposal bodies support the separation of MEM-OBJ-inbox-item, MEM-OBJ-inbox-attachment, EPI-OBJ-inbox-item and RT-OBJ-ingest-proposal. The proposal content/control parts also satisfy containment. Binary attachment retention is not readable extraction. Proposal rationale remains separately retained, not automatically delivered with canonical bodies. Source anchors: SRC-1 src-tauri/src/core/types.rs, src-tauri/src/core/levels.rs, src-tauri/src/core/memory.rs, src-tauri/src/core/index.rs, src-tauri/src/commands/inbox.rs.
Ingestion and workflow delivery. I independently followed heuristic and duplicate construction, provider input, JSON parsing, generation, reject/apply lookup, all action branches, destination validation, canonical builders and post-write effects in SRC-1 src-tauri/src/commands/inbox.rs. These support RT-RTE-ingest-proposal and the workflow account. Duplicate discard survives successful inference; errors returned by inference leave the heuristic; apply does not require Pending or a confidence threshold. NeedsReview/UpdateMemory do not perform a canonical merge. File writes precede fallible later steps and router regeneration can fail without undoing admission. The provider proposes; a separate caller dispatches admission. Searches across src/ found the generation/apply/reject and recent-context wrappers, not a shipped review-screen invocation. The account appropriately stops at callable delivery and eligibility, not successful human review or later task correctness.
Feedback, maintenance and epistemic strength. I traced access writes through persisted usage, scan overlay and ranking, and checked observability schema, health arithmetic, optimization disposition and governance consumers. MEM-OBJ-memory-usage, MEM-RTE-access-feedback, MEM-OBJ-observability-db, EPI-RTE-health-score and RT-RTE-optimization-status distinguish exposure, diagnostics, suggestions and actual changes. The governance UI really invokes deletion/importance save; optimization apply only updates status. EPI-RTE-governance-checks, EPI-RTE-governance-removal, EPI-RTE-importance-boost and MEM-RTE-governance-actions retain narrow occurrence/threshold/operational licenses rather than semantic acceptance. Source anchors: SRC-1 src-tauri/src/core/usage.rs, src-tauri/src/core/scoring.rs, src-tauri/src/core/observability.rs, src-tauri/src/core/governance.rs, src-tauri/src/core/health.rs, src-tauri/src/core/optimizer.rs, src-tauri/src/commands/observability.rs, src/views/GovernanceView.tsx. The inspected engine fixtures support EPI-RTE-source-tests as evaluator source, not observed success. README claims and the explicitly proposed maintenance design support the attributed claims and narrower comparison in EPI-CLM-canonical-files and EPI-CLM-governed-promotion; they do not supply run or causal evidence.
Consequential omission questions. The tracked top-level tree, command/core inventory and producer/consumer searches guided inspection beyond the main retrieval route. Could other shipped admissions invalidate universal review/protection claims? Structured/raw saves, MCP save, journal derivation, onboarding control and restore show why no such universal claim is supported or emitted. MEM-RTE-journal-derive and MEM-RTE-backup-restore correctly retain low-level metadata writes and overlay recovery outside the main guards; MEM-RTE-onboarding-write retains template admission. Could operational storage close a missing episodic/acceptance loop? Session-path/reader searches and the recent-context implementation support separate MEM-OBJ-session-log, MEM-OBJ-daily-log, MEM-OBJ-journal-page and MEM-OBJ-task-item, not a unified provider-fed consolidation pipeline. Could alternate consumers defeat the budget/accounting comparison? CLI, skill, connector and generated-discovery paths confirm that the reports already distinguish them. Relevant added anchors are SRC-1 src-tauri/src/commands/filesystem.rs, src-tauri/src/commands/memory.rs, src-tauri/src/commands/journal.rs, src-tauri/src/commands/backup.rs, src-tauri/src/commands/onboarding.rs, src-tauri/src/core/tasks.rs, src-tauri/src/core/paths.rs, src/hooks/useFileWatcher.ts. Further optional expansion stopped because these selected challenges have supported dispositions and the remaining partial inventories do not change the emitted route-specific conclusions.
Reconciliation and statuses. All four supersessions in reconciliation identify the same usage store, feedback route, capture route or control metadata; their source-supported findings remain available under both IDs. The retained level/content partitions, inbox bundle/attachment distinctions, proposal parts, generated projections and grouped versus split governance routes need no further supersession. I found no missing material part requiring an unresolved-conflict declaration. The seven memory integration issues receive dispositions. The inaccurate local reference to a boundary type-field quotation is explicitly identified by reconciliation; it changes neither the actual parser evidence nor the boundary classification and is not a publication blocker. No unresolved cross-report contradiction remains. Route implementation statuses are supported by inspected consumers; operation remains uninspected, and epistemic doctrine-only integration is not conflated with implemented file retention. There are no declared evidenced-absence records to upgrade from search misses. Record anchors and evidence passages support the bounded meanings above; deterministic quotation occurrence is not treated as semantic verification. Missing execution evidence does not erase supported architectural mechanisms or establish benefit.

Limits
- MEM-RTE-onboarding-write, MEM-RTE-backup-restore and RT-RTE-workspace-write remain a partial mutation/recovery inventory, not a complete security audit. Full template bodies, every rename/move/duplicate path, symlink/deployment permissions and live-database restore consistency are not settled. Preserve the supported admission and guard distinctions, but withhold universal path confinement, protected-file immutability, exact rollback and cross-vault isolation comparisons.
- The epistemic coverage table explicitly leaves journal/task/template/restore semantics outside that lens's detailed assessment. MEM-RTE-journal-derive, MEM-RTE-onboarding-write and MEM-RTE-backup-restore add operational mechanisms without making the epistemic bounded conclusion a complete inventory of all possible semantic production or acceptance. Retain the positive checks, operational adaptations and route-specific lack of an acceptance step; withhold a system-complete negative about epistemic or theory-building capacity.
