Verification

I checked all ten axes of the memory profile, including each finding's scope, basis, coverage assessment and classification unit, against the supplied reports and reconciliation. I assessed the correction answer and previous verification as arguments, not settled judgments. No frozen source files were read. The records support classification of the prompt-defined memory design, not an installed vault, exercised maintenance or demonstrated benefit. All positive findings retain claimed basis.

Reconciliation supersedes the epistemic Sources and log declarations with MEM-OBJ-sources and MEM-OBJ-log. The profile uses those canonical records. EPI-OBJ-wiki-pages remains a valid container alongside the finer content and metadata records. No unresolved disagreement between the supplied reports changes a profile finding.

Storage substrate and representational form. The retained-object inventory specifies filesystem storage. The grouped storage unit retains the narrower warrant for repository storage: its repo finding names Wiki and Sources tracking, not universal tracking of support files. See MEM-OBJ-wiki, MEM-OBJ-sources and MEM-CLM-retention-limits. Form units distinguish model-interpreted prose from symbolic excerpts, metadata, links, placeholders, queries and shell fragments. The records support these specified parts and consumption paths without establishing plugin execution or generated-file correctness; see MEM-OBJ-page-metadata, MEM-OBJ-index, MEM-OBJ-templates, MEM-OBJ-health, RT-OBJ-schema and RT-OBJ-wiki-ingest. Known coverage is bounded to the declared design inventory; excluded provider parameters do not establish parametric memory within it.

Lineage and write agency. Import and model authoring have separately supported derivation paths. Unknown initial project-memory and existing-vault provenance remain unresolved rather than inheriting the known subsequent authoring path. Model-directed bootstrap, bookkeeping, ingest and repair, and fixed shell copy admission, support automatic agency at claimed basis. Initiating a workflow or later committing files does not establish manual admission. The G2 manual-copy wording does not identify an explicit human content decision; the profile preserves that uncertainty. See RT-RTE-vault-bootstrap, RT-RTE-wiki-lookup, RT-RTE-source-sync, RT-RTE-diff-ingest and RT-RTE-gap-audit. Both partial axis assessments preserve their positive findings and unresolved alternatives.

Behavioral authority. The revised inventory now includes the retained live wiki-first rules' ranking effect at the future question/edit model consumer. RT-CLM-wiki-first supports relative priority, RT-BAP-project-rules supplies the future-session rule channel, and RT-RTE-wiki-lookup identifies consumption. Numerical scores are not required. This finding repairs the earlier objection and its dependent coverage and rationale statements. It coexists with instruction authority rather than replacing it. Other units distinguish knowledge at reference readers, routing at page/maintenance selectors, validation at conformity checks, and learning at the gap-fed update consumer. See MEM-OBJ-log, MEM-OBJ-page-metadata, RT-BAP-maintenance-rules and EPI-RTE-schema-check. Known authority coverage describes specified consumer/effect paths, not enforced or observed host behavior.

Curation operations. Section, metadata, link and method-file revisions support evolve. The invalidate finding is restricted to stale-sensitive status consumption, where a stale page causes fallback; it is not a universal withdrawal claim. Compilation remains not determinable because the records do not establish preservation or novelty for absent source/page pairs. See RT-RTE-diff-ingest, RT-RTE-gap-audit, RT-RTE-wiki-lookup and EPI-OBJ-wiki-pages. Copying and query support alone establish no controlled semantic curation operation. The partial assessment preserves both supported transformations and unresolved compilation semantics without implying deletion or retirement coverage.

Read-back direction and signal. Requested lookup and maintenance reads support pull. Intent matching, path grep and diagnostics inside those requests do not create a second unsolicited delivery operation. See RT-RTE-wiki-lookup, MEM-OBJ-index, MEM-OBJ-health and RT-RTE-gap-audit. Delivery of included live project and command rules remains unresolved because RT-BAP-project-rules and RT-BAP-maintenance-rules do not expose host loading. The partial direction assessment and not-determinable signal assessment correctly preserve this alternative. Requested file identifiers do not warrant identifier-based push, and known pull routes do not justify system-wide signal inapplicability.

Trace learning and source. The claimed positive follows retained task-gap diagnoses into automatic ingest/audit page revision and later lookup. MEM-OBJ-log, the memory annotation on RT-RTE-diff-ingest, MEM-OBJ-wiki and RT-RTE-wiki-lookup support that chain. It does not establish improved capacity, parameter training or observed operation. Unknown project-memory origin keeps trace-learning coverage partial. The controlled trace source remains not determinable: a task/maintenance diagnosis does not establish recorded conversational turns, tool feedback, linked state/action/outcome sequences or event-stream origin. The profile neither invents a source from log serialization nor emits a bounded no without absence records.

The corrected ranking finding is supported, and no remaining finding meets the materiality threshold for a blocker or limit. The profile's expressed uncertainties already prevent the stronger conclusions that the accepted records cannot support.
