Reconciliation
All four members use the frozen source and implementation/doctrine layers in the Source register. None supplies observed operation or causal benefit. This reconciliation uses only the pinned members; no source ambiguity required an additional checkout read. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied.
Duplicate identities and retained overlaps
Amendment: EPI-OBJ-claim-ledger is superseded by MEM-OBJ-claim-ledger. Both identify the same wiki/meta/ledgers/claim-ledger.json, the same mixed claim/notes and symbolic assessment/evidence fields, and the same model/human and validator consumers. Their retained provenance passages and validator findings establish identity, not merely similar labels. The epistemic inventory and eligibility routes consequently concern the memory-declared object. Both declarations remain; supersession changes neither semantic-support limits nor either member's fields.
Amendment: EPI-RTE-extractive-fold is superseded by MEM-RTE-log-fold. Both trace the same manually requested complete log batch through model extraction, checks, preview and separately reviewed additive fold/index/log writes. They share deterministic existing-ID no-op, separately reviewed forced replacement, preserved children, no hot refresh and no evidence upgrade. Both retain the source's no-new-evidence passage. The epistemic content-transformation row and memory write/read-back findings refer to this same fold workflow, not two independent routes. The status difference is retained below, not resolved by choosing the surviving handle.
Whole-record identity is ruled out between EPI-OBJ-source-ledger and MEM-OBJ-source-ledger. The epistemic object is the durable JSON metadata; the memory object explicitly combines that metadata with immutable raw payloads and locators, distinguishing opaque payloads from their descriptors. The ledger portion is shared, but the memory container also owns acquisition and payload-lineage findings. Neither whole declaration replaces the other; metadata eligibility must not become payload truth or extraction fidelity. Both are distinct from the operation container RT-OBJ-transaction-bundle.
Whole-record identity is also ruled out between EPI-OBJ-derived-context and MEM-OBJ-chunks, MEM-OBJ-embed-cache, or MEM-OBJ-tiling-cache. The epistemic container spans prefixes, graph/vector diagnostic outputs and reports. The memory objects specify different persistent stores, ranking inputs, vector reuse and threshold configuration. The container can coexist with these parts; its stdout diagnostic outputs are not all persisted chunk/cache content. No whole-container split supersession is justified by these findings.
MEM-CMP-tiling-model does not supersede RT-CMP-ollama-embedding. Their source-native uses and defaults differ: tiling selects nomic-embed-text, while retrieval reranking defaults to nomic-embed-text-v2-moe. Caller overrides and an unknown deployment could converge, but do not establish one model instance. Preserve both use identities without inferring two deployed services. The model component is also not its retained vector cache.
MEM-RTE-chunk-maintenance does not supersede RT-RTE-prefix-generation: generation selects and invokes a prefix tier; maintenance persists and withdraws derived records and invalidates the sparse index. EPI-RTE-synthetic-prefix explicitly owns a part of the generation route, not a replacement for its provider/fallback branches. Its deterministic copying classification does not resolve the model-prefix content relation.
MEM-RTE-tiling-diagnosis overlaps the tiling branch of EPI-RTE-diagnostic-selection, but whole-record identity is ruled out: the latter also includes the separate graph-frontier scorer. Their common tiling findings agree on cached body/model-name vectors, orphan pruning, configured bands and stdout diagnosis without automatic canonical repair. The broader diagnostic record remains alongside the narrower route. Neither supersedes RT-RTE-review-machinery, whose lint/product-verifier consumers differ, or RT-RTE-optional-rerank, whose consumer ranks retrieval candidates.
EPI-RTE-evidence-assessment and EPI-RTE-ledger-disposition retain their declared containment in RT-RTE-ingest-drafts and RT-RTE-save-apply, respectively. They own assessment and prospective-ledger admission phases, not the entire parent routes. EPI-RTE-ledger-check produces violations used by multiple consumers; it is not identical to its enforcing transaction disposition or to lint. EPI-RTE-checkpoint-gate consumes lint at optional Git checkpointing, consistent with the memory annotation on the apply route; it neither replaces byte retention nor reverses it on failure. EPI-RTE-canonical-integration owns Research's second-merge policy, not Save persistence or the ingest worker phase.
MEM-RTE-queue-resumption is not RT-RTE-direct-capture: task claims/results and predecessor recovery coordinate work, whereas direct capture admits raw payload bytes. Queue completion metadata does not establish extraction or capture success. No runtime counterpart supersedes the memory queue, mode, log, hot, canonical-page or view objects merely because a runtime route produces or consumes them. Likewise MEM-BAP-vault-evidence and MEM-BAP-filing-config differ from RT-BAP-skill-authority and RT-BAP-plan-enforcement: evidence interpretation and routing suggestions are not installed instructions or transaction vetoes.
The workflow annotations add delivery, handoff and recovery responsibilities to runtime records and declare no new IDs. They require no supersession. The ingest bundle reaches the same executor as Save without changing its operation type to Save.
Anchored disagreement
Unresolved conflict: MEM-RTE-log-fold gives implementation conclusion status afforded, while EPI-RTE-extractive-fold gives that same layer claimed. Both cite the shipped fold instruction, describe a reviewed filing/discovery route and leave operation uninspected; the epistemic overlay separately says doctrine only. Their shared no-new-evidence passage and workflow descriptions establish the common route, but do not reconcile the two implementation-status assignments. This prevents one unqualified implementation conclusion status for the superseded fold identity. The verifier must assess the declarations; supersession does not upgrade or downgrade either finding. Their agreed limits on faithful extraction and observed later consumption remain intact.
Independent convergence and integration dispositions
Runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow independently distinguish requested evidence judgment from deterministic admission. RT-RTE-save-apply, MEM-OBJ-claim-ledger, EPI-RTE-ledger-check, EPI-RTE-ledger-disposition and the workflow verification account agree that plan/hash approval does not authenticate human prose review or establish claim truth. Memory and epistemic specifically agree that nonempty adjudication notes can preserve an accepted assessment despite fresh contradictory evidence; the program does not evaluate whether those notes resolve it. The workflow's shorter support requirements do not assert a contrary blanket contradiction veto.
The memory report's integration issues propose no correction to runtime. Its direct-capture approval exception and optional rerank-cache mutation already appear in RT-RTE-direct-capture and RT-RTE-optional-rerank. The reviewed workflow selects a different CLI branch and explicitly acknowledges the exception. There is no disagreement about universal human approval or universal read-only retrieval: no report establishes either guarantee.
The rejected-source/deprecated-claim consumer edge remains a limitation, not an established cross-report conflict. Memory distinguishes the absent explicit presentation bullets from generic current-support rules. Epistemic says source status can withhold eligible reliance through requested Query interpretation and the validator; it does not establish complete automatic prose retraction. MEM-OBJ-source-ledger, MEM-OBJ-claim-ledger, MEM-BAP-vault-evidence, EPI-RTE-ledger-check and RT-RTE-vault-query therefore connect without converting eligibility, stale filtering or status mutation into reliable downstream withdrawal. Complete automatic semantic retraction remains unestablished.
RT-RTE-session-context, MEM-OBJ-hot and the epistemic consumption overlay agree on consent-gated copied orientation, not independent evidence or enforced obedience. The authoring target of 500 words and hook cap of 32 KiB are different controls, not conflicting budgets. Lifecycle emission on compact does not establish the host's compacted-summary contents.
RT-RTE-ingest-drafts, its memory annotation and the workflow return boundary converge on selected worker inputs and an evidence/draft/hash packet returning to the parent. Actual context isolation, tool enforcement and partial-packet rescheduling are host/parent responsibilities, not observed package guarantees. The workflow's packet-to-apply delivery distinction is consistent with memory's absence of established later-vault read-back for unadmitted drafts.
Finally, RT-CLM-product-promise is connected to the epistemic claim comparison and memory retention/read-back mechanisms as a declared promise with shipped pathways. All members preserve the lack of execution and causal evidence. Compounding quality, learning, reflection, autonomous theory building and self-improvement are not collapsed into one verdict. Available unassessed source and unknown live state limit stronger conclusions; they do not contradict the positive inspected pathways or establish system-wide absence.
