Reconciliation

Boundary and identity

All four reports use the revision and run identity fixed by boundary. Its Source register supplies SRC-1 implementation and doctrine/design evidence, not observed runs or causal experiments. The connections below preserve those layers. No source reads were needed beyond the supplied members. No correction answers or declined objections were supplied to this attempt.

Duplicate supersessions

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-raw is superseded by MEM-OBJ-raw. Both identify the context raw Markdown files, including imported text, extracted URLs, Researcher summaries and persistent stubs. Their passages from SRC-1 pal/tools/ingest.py and pal/agents/researcher.py establish the same stored referent. The epistemic import, lineage and collision findings attach to that object; its concrete slug example remains supporting analysis, not another object. Neither object is the manifest or the ingestion route.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-lint-report is superseded by MEM-OBJ-lint-report. Both identify wiki/lint-report.md, the retained natural-language diagnosis and suggestions. SRC-1 pal/agents/linter.py, quoted in the records, names the same artifact and intended Compiler fixer. This connects the epistemic inventory and lint-retention findings to the memory object without turning advisory findings into enforced repair.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-routing is superseded by MEM-OBJ-pal-knowledge. Both identify the operative routing entries in pal_knowledge, including deterministic File metadata and model-authored descriptions/discoveries. SRC-1 context/load_context.py and pal/tools/knowledge.py supply the lineage evidence retained in these records. The epistemic inventory and routing ledger concern that same text store; dense embeddings remain separately represented by RT-CMP-openai-embedder. Different provenance classes do not make these two declarations different stores.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-learnings is superseded by MEM-OBJ-pal-learnings. Both identify pal_learnings and the requested Retrieval, Pattern and Correction entries. Their evidence in SRC-1 pal/instructions.py names the same retained guidance. The epistemic policy-adaptation and truth-apt-content limits concern this object, not static instructions, personal-memory payloads or conversational transcripts. Actual entries and framework serialization remain uninspected in both accounts.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-sql is superseded by MEM-OBJ-pal-tables. Both identify on-demand user pal_* tables and their facts, notes and decisions. Both quote the same source-native account in SRC-1 pal/instructions.py. The epistemic inventory's query and derivation limits apply to that retained structured content. Routing descriptions of schemas are a separate object.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-knowledge-write is superseded by MEM-RTE-knowledge-update. Both trace specialist-authored title/content through update_knowledge, knowledge.insert, later search and retrieval targeting. Both quote the same insertion in SRC-1 pal/tools/knowledge.py; their SRC-1 pal/tools/build.py and pal/instructions.py findings cover the same cross-agent mechanism. The epistemic retention and pre-acceptance routing-authority findings connect to this route. Neither declaration is the deterministic loader route. The memory report's distinction between insertion and guaranteed replacement remains unchanged.

These supersessions state identity, not preferred evidential strength. Both declarations and their scoped findings remain available; no analyst value is replaced.

Containers, parts and other overlaps

The combined MEM-OBJ-wiki-articles validly contains both EPI-OBJ-summaries and EPI-OBJ-concepts. The former names source-specific summaries; the latter names cross-source concept articles. SRC-1 pal/agents/compiler.py, quoted in these records, distinguishes their paths and requested transformations. This is not exact identity between any pair. No split supersession is needed: the memory container's shared filesystem, provenance and later-read findings remain valid when the two content parts are separated. The epistemic report's indeterminate semantic relation does not contradict the memory report's description of intended summarization and synthesis.

RT-RTE-wiki-maintenance is a broader container than EPI-RTE-compiler-transform, EPI-RTE-lint-check and EPI-RTE-lint-retain. Their declared part relations separate transformation, diagnosis and persistence. No route supersession follows: the parent still covers callers, bookkeeping and maintenance returns. The retained lint-report object is not identical to either its production or retention route.

EPI-RTE-smoke-select is the declared continuation/check part of RT-RTE-evaluation-driver, not a replacement. Its lexical predicates, PASS prerequisite membership and session-ID reuse refine the evaluation account. Runtime already names prerequisite skips and dependent-session reuse. The epistemic ledger's reference to refining a “console-only endpoint” therefore does not establish a current disagreement: the pinned runtime is not console-only. Both distinguish test continuation from production acceptance or automatic policy installation. Evidence is retained under SRC-1 evals/extended_smoke.py and evals/smoke.py in the supplied records.

EPI-RTE-learning-adapt and MEM-RTE-learning-reuse overlap on learning writes, search/context supply and Correction priority. Exact route identity is ruled out because the epistemic declaration additionally includes agentic personal memory, whereas the memory report separates that mechanism into MEM-RTE-conversation-reuse. The latter also includes history and session search. No pair is interchangeable, and neither report's broader grouping is superseded here. SRC-1 pal/team.py, pal/agents/navigator.py, pal/agents/researcher.py and pal/instructions.py support their shared configuration and guidance findings. Framework admission, payload selection and actual behavioral effects remain unresolved locally.

EPI-OBJ-answer includes current answers and leader synthesis as well as optional saved outputs. MEM-OBJ-user-files includes editable preferences, voice guides, templates and generated files as well as optional outputs. Their overlap at wiki/outputs/ is not identity: neither complete referent can replace the other. SRC-1 pal/instructions.py, cited and quoted in both, distinguishes behavioral guidance, current answers and conditional filing. RT-OBJ-agent-instructions is static shipped guidance, not either of these retained-file objects.

RT-BAP-agent-guidance and MEM-BAP-retained-guidance share generation consumers but differ in channel and horizon: configured instruction strings versus retained learning, personal memory or edited files reaching later calls. They are not duplicate authority paths. Similarly, RT-OBJ-manifest, MEM-OBJ-wiki-index and MEM-OBJ-wiki-state are distinct eligibility, navigation and bookkeeping objects, not competing descriptions of one artifact.

The epistemic claims EPI-CLM-compounding-learning, EPI-CLM-source-tracking and EPI-CLM-wiki-quality are not duplicates of RT-CLM-control-scope or MEM-CLM-service-boundary. Their promises concern benefit, source support and diagnosis, rather than governance grants or service/memory-tier boundaries. Quoting source-tracking guidance inside a route does not declare a duplicate claim record. Workflow declares no new records and annotates existing maintenance and synchronization routes.

Integration-issue dispositions and convergence

The memory report's Researcher correction is a source-doctrine discrepancy, not disagreement with runtime. MEM-CLM-service-boundary contrasts the datetime-only/stateless statement in SRC-1 docs/SPEC.md with conditional LearningMachine/context inclusion in SRC-1 pal/agents/researcher.py. Runtime does not assert that Researcher lacks learning; the epistemic adaptation route also includes it. This adds no demonstrated Researcher session history or observed learning benefit.

The refresh refinement connects RT-RTE-context-refresh, MEM-OBJ-pal-knowledge and EPI-OBJ-routing. Memory explicitly confirms runtime's scoped vector-index deletion statement and adds that the no-files return precedes recreate and contents-table deletion is not shown. The epistemic recreate descriptions concern the deletion mechanism, not a separately evidenced unconditional reset. These are compatible with conditional invocation; no report supplies a full logical-reset guarantee. Evidence is SRC-1 context/load_context.py, retained in the records and memory's refresh annotation. A guaranteed stale-pointer withdrawal conclusion remains unavailable.

Manifest/frontmatter divergence is an added qualification, not a correction overturning runtime. MEM-OBJ-raw, EPI-OBJ-raw and RT-OBJ-manifest connect same-slug overwrites, appended entries and first-match marking. Their SRC-1 pal/tools/ingest.py evidence supports distinct file and manifest states. None licenses treating a compiled flag as verified article completeness or source fidelity.

The unresolved repair consumer is shared across MEM-OBJ-lint-report, EPI-RTE-lint-retain, RT-RTE-wiki-maintenance and workflow. All retain the SRC-1 pal/agents/linter.py instruction naming Compiler as fixer without inferring a mandatory transfer, acceptance gate or repair loop. Available file reads are not proof of actual corrective consumption.

Workflow's synchronization failure branch extends RT-RTE-git-sync, rather than contradicting it. Runtime retains the local commit after failed push; workflow's SRC-1 pal/tools/git.py quotation shows why a clean-tree repeat may return before retrying that push. Memory's Git annotation separately limits transport to context files and separates routing refresh from pull. Together these preserve local admission, local commit, remote delivery and returned HTTP completion as different boundaries, without asserting successful recovery.

The opaque-route issue remains bounded uncertainty: MEM-CLM-service-boundary, MEM-RTE-conversation-reuse and the learning routes name uninspected external algorithms and service operations. No supplied peer finding requires those unknowns to become positive guarantees or absences. No unresolved cross-report disagreement or required missing record part was identified in the pinned inputs. This is a connection account, not verification of the reports' support.
