Verification

The handed synthesis supports publication as a bounded source account, with the limits below. I read all supplied members and governing contracts completely and checked every substantive synthesis statement against its supporting records, reconciliation supersessions and settled verification limits. Synthesis answers are empty; no synthesis refusal or previous synthesis verification was supplied. No frozen-source reads or target execution were performed, and no evidence is added.

The public account is intelligible without the supporting reports. It identifies SRC-1, the frozen commit and cutoff, the plugin rather than enclosing-runtime boundary, and the distinction between executable hooks, model-facing procedures and attributed native reports. The boundary supports these qualifications. The description's active characterization is bounded immediately by the explicit absence of execution evidence; it does not claim a successful installation or run.

Conditional downstream procedures and resumption remain supported, not observed failures. The processing limitation carries these consequences.
