Reconciliation

Boundary and duplicate identities

All four reports share the frozen boundary and sole Source register. They distinguish executable shell behavior from model-facing procedures and supplied runtime findings. No report supplies observed execution or causal benefit. The whole-system source boundary does not imply exhaustive specialist inspection. No source reads were needed for this reconciliation; cited records supply the load-bearing passages. No analyst correction answers or declined objections were supplied. The current members, rather than the previous reconciliation's descriptions of them, govern the connections below.

Amendment: EPI-OBJ-methodology-notes is superseded by MEM-OBJ-methodology. Both identify ops/methodology/ directives and ops/methodology.md navigation, produced by remember and consumed as intended-behavior specifications. Their retained specification passages concern the same referent. The epistemic distinction between normative directives and truth-apt friction accounts or causal rationale remains attached to its declaration; the memory account supplies lineage, consumers and withdrawal limits. Identity establishes neither accepted truth nor reliable compliance.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-learn-import is superseded by MEM-RTE-research-intake. Both trace learn's configured research cascade, inbox filing, later reduce consumption and goals updates. Their filing and synthesis passages identify the same procedure. Acquisition and target-side synthesis remain different content edges within the route. This supersession does not establish semantic preservation, authenticated source truth or automatic queue dispatch.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-remember-policy is superseded by MEM-RTE-friction-retention. Both trace explicit, contextual and session-mined inputs through remember's classification and deduplication to directives or observations and later meta-skill consumption. Both retain the session-mining creation passage. Their shared identity does not make contextual confirmation a universal admission gate, and does not establish improved capacity.

Amendment: EPI-RTE-ask-consumption is superseded by MEM-RTE-local-guidance. Both identify ask's question-dependent reading of bundled guidance, derivation and accumulated local methodology to synthesize a cited answer. Both retain the local-methodology precedence passage. The epistemic confidence-policy assessment supplements the memory route without changing its identity. Both current read-back fields identify retained inputs reaching later ask invocations; neither establishes a persistent answer writer.

Three overlapping object pairs are not identical. EPI-OBJ-research-inbox identifies learn's dated report, whereas MEM-OBJ-inbox also covers other incoming texts, user captures and seed archives. EPI-OBJ-claim-notes identifies reduce's proposition-titled notes, whereas MEM-OBJ-notes also includes manual lineage and later transformations. EPI-OBJ-topic-maps identifies map files, including opening synthesis, whereas MEM-OBJ-topic-maps additionally covers inline relationships and Topics footers in notes. The narrower scopes do not invalidate these broader containers. No supersession is asserted for these pairs, and their epistemic fields do not classify every part of the broader objects.

Containment and distinct identities

The epistemic reduce, reflect, reweave and verify parts retain separate functions within RT-RTE-source-processing. EPI-RTE-reduce-content transforms candidate content; EPI-RTE-reduce-admission controls inclusion. EPI-RTE-reflect-check evaluates relationships; EPI-RTE-reflect-use consumes those judgments in graph edits. EPI-RTE-reweave-check criticizes claims; EPI-RTE-reweave-revision writes successors. EPI-RTE-verify-check evaluates usability and structure; EPI-RTE-verify-disposition specifies continuation or repair. These are not duplicate routes. The valid source-processing container remains; no split supersession is needed.

MEM-RTE-note-maintenance spans interactive reflect/reweave as well as pipeline work. It therefore is not identical to the pipeline container or any single epistemic check/use/revision part. Its theory assessment and the epistemic reweave assessment concern overlapping domain-claim criticism, with the status difference retained below.

EPI-RTE-hook-shape is the checking part of RT-RTE-write-hooks, which also includes Git persistence. The parent remains a valid container. EPI-RTE-kernel-check is a separate caller-invoked CLI evaluator, not the callback or model verifier. No identity or split supersession follows from their shared structural-checking role.

MEM-RTE-generated-orientation and RT-RTE-session-orientation are distinct generated-template and registered-plugin implementations. They select titles versus three-line excerpts, gate self files differently, and differ in lifecycle writes. Afforded versus wired implementation statuses do not conflict across those different routes. MEM-OBJ-session-state isolates JSON lifecycle payload; MEM-OBJ-session-log covers substantive Markdown summaries and handoffs. Neither object duplicates a route, and the payloads are not interchangeable.

MEM-OBJ-task-files, MEM-OBJ-task-stack, MEM-OBJ-next-log and RT-OBJ-queue differ in content and consumers: reasoning bodies, user priorities, recommendation history and phase eligibility. None supersedes another. MEM-RTE-work-selection adds an alternate queue producer/reader and advisory recommendation loop, not another declaration of ralph scheduling.

MEM-OBJ-derivation supplies retained rationale/configuration; RT-OBJ-claude-md identifies emitted context and skills. Accumulated methodology remains separate from both. MEM-OBJ-observations and MEM-OBJ-health supply operational evidence for later decisions, not revised instructions or admission gates. MEM-RTE-config-refactor, RT-RTE-architecture-evolution and RT-RTE-skill-upgrade share some regeneration effects but differ in triggers, admission and recovery. Refactor's changelog is not upgrade's copied archive. No identity supersession is asserted for these objects or routes.

MEM-BAP-retained-content describes knowledge/evidence readers; RT-BAP-context-instructions describes host-loaded instruction channels. Methodology can reach both, but overlapping content does not make the consumer paths identical. RT-CMP-session-model remains the sole model component declaration; no specialist object or route duplicates it or resolves its external version/mutability limits.

The epistemic claims about every-write enforcement, research backing, scientific-method analogy and reweave testing have no duplicate runtime claims: EPI-CLM-write-enforcement, EPI-CLM-research-backing, EPI-CLM-scientific-method, EPI-CLM-hypothesis-test. Their associated runtime declarations describe routes or different completion/generation claims. MEM-CLM-transcript-gap and WF-CLM-extract-selection identify distinct mismatches, not replacement declarations of orientation, queue or source processing. None of these claims is superseded by a route merely because the route now retains the same limitation.

Anchored disagreement and changed connections

Unresolved conflict: MEM-RTE-note-maintenance and EPI-RTE-reweave-revision. For ordinary domain-claim criticism, memory marks Reflection and Reflective theory builder inapplicable because its assessment is not of method self-representation. Epistemic marks them uninspected because domain criticism does not establish self-representation of the operating system. Both retain claimed theory-builder conditions 1–4, challenge logging and distinct interactive/handoff admission. The supplied original-claim/new-evidence/revised-position passages support their common criticism account but do not settle their boundary/status treatments. This prevents assigning one common reflection or reflective-theory-builder status to the overlapping domain route. Neither position overrides the separate method assessment in RT-RTE-architecture-evolution; reconciliation selects neither status.

The prior seed-to-extract disagreement is not present in the supplied members. WF-CLM-extract-selection retains seed templates lacking batch and current_phase and ralph filters requiring them. RT-RTE-source-processing now explicitly retains the same unresolved eligibility edge and makes subsequent extraction conditional on an eligible entry. Runtime's account states that the inspected instructions supply no additional field-production or extraction-selection rule. RT-OBJ-queue describes phase-state encoding, not proof that seed produces a selectable entry. These findings converge; the source-internal mismatch remains and prevents an assured end-to-end connection. The earlier reconciliation's cross-report objection cannot be carried forward unchanged, and no observed selection failure is inferred.

The prior ask read-back disagreement is likewise absent. EPI-RTE-ask-consumption now names later rereading of retained derivation and local methodology, matching MEM-RTE-local-guidance. It separately states that the inspected answer section establishes no persistent answer writer. Its selection and invalidation fields also retain the absence of an explicit active-only filter for local methodology. The retained-input route no longer depends on a field treating answer persistence as a prerequisite for read-back. No analyst answers were supplied, so these are comparisons of current findings, not adjudications of correction or decline reasons.

Independent convergence and integration dispositions

Completion and verification are different milestones. RT-CLM-completion-gate, EPI-RTE-verify-disposition, the memory annotation on RT-OBJ-queue, and the workflow account retain failure-hold versus missing-handoff continuation. Runtime and workflow also retain the pending-claim count versus serial phase-iteration mismatch. The archive check can detect pending tasks, but done state cannot certify verification success. These are agreed source-internal instruction tensions, not conflicting analyst positions or observed corrupt queues. Workflow adds delivery milestones and partial-effect recovery without declaring another processing route.

RT-RTE-write-hooks and EPI-RTE-hook-shape converge on post-effect, Write-only, path-limited warnings with zero exit. Broad async Git staging can retain alternate-path changes. EPI-CLM-write-enforcement compares this evidence with the advertised every-write enforcement claim; it does not dispute runtime's best-effort characterization. Hook predicates, persistence and semantic endorsement remain separate.

RT-CLM-generation-paths retains copied versus inherited skills as a source-internal contradiction. Memory and epistemic preserve it rather than assert automatic update reach. Setup and approved upgrade remain specified paths; actual deployed selection and freshness remain unobserved.

MEM-CLM-transcript-gap, MEM-RTE-friction-retention, EPI-RTE-remember-policy and RT-RTE-session-orientation agree that the inspected lifecycle JSON hooks do not supply remember's substantive Markdown mining input. The missing producer/format connection limits closure of automatic transcript-to-mining operation. MEM-OBJ-session-log and explicit/contextual corrections preserve alternative substantive checkpoint/input paths. No repository-wide absence of every transcript producer is asserted.

Withdrawal remains consumer-specific. MEM-OBJ-methodology retains supersession metadata, but ask, rethink and orientation do not establish one universal active-only admission filter. MEM-OBJ-observations has clearer pending/open selection, while hook filename counts can still include resolved items. MEM-RTE-local-guidance and EPI-RTE-ask-consumption agree on the local read-loop limit. This is shared uncertainty, not another disagreement.

MEM-OBJ-inbox, MEM-RTE-research-intake, EPI-RTE-learn-import and the epistemic bounded conclusion preserve conceptual query/backlink lineage while retaining the exa_prompt/exa_tool versus research_prompt/research_server mismatch. Neither exact-field interoperability nor source truth follows from the conceptual provenance chain. Imported claims and target-side synthesis retain separate warrant limits.

MEM-RTE-note-maintenance retains equal-count search-freshness and excluded numerical-index limits; no peer finding establishes complete freshness or retrieval quality. MEM-OBJ-health retains the unresolved stats-history writer beside known Markdown reports. MEM-OBJ-task-files and RT-RTE-source-processing retain direct batch archival without establishing standalone /archive-batch or /enrich implementations. Automatic-mode learn wording does not establish a dispatched queue task. These remain bounded integration questions, not evidenced absences or contradictions between reports.

Finally, RT-RTE-architecture-evolution and EPI-CLM-scientific-method connect explicit assumption criticism, approval and retained successors with limits on exercised improvement and causal testing. Domain-note criticism has its own theory account and hypothesis-test claim. Operational admission, linking, retention and policy authority do not by themselves establish evidence-consuming truth acceptance. Missing run evidence does not cancel scoped architectural findings, and no supersession here strengthens a conclusion status or supplies a missing acceptance instance.
