Verification
I checked all ten axes, their positive findings, evidence bases, natural units and coverage assessments against the handed reports. I resolved the four supersessions through the supplied reconciliation. I assessed the predecessor's objection and the profile author's correction independently. No frozen-source files were read; this verification adds no evidence or replacement classifications.
The profile's scope is accumulated target memory, not all runtime state. Unchanged bundled guidance and external model weights are excluded. Numerical search state, initial-content provenance and unresolved history/progress alternatives remain included as uncertainties. Every axis is partial, and the local known assessments concern specified branches rather than successful installations. No finding asserts observed operation, causal benefit or system-complete absence.
- Storage substrate: The object records support file storage for the named vault payloads and access structures, including MEM-OBJ-notes, MEM-OBJ-task-files, MEM-OBJ-derivation, MEM-OBJ-session-state, MEM-OBJ-health, RT-OBJ-queue and RT-OBJ-claude-md. The grouped file unit is coarse but preserves common substrate and does not classify numerical alternatives. The revised optional Git unit has only a wired repo finding, supported by RT-RTE-write-hooks. The unsupported claimed repo finding from RT-RTE-skill-upgrade is withdrawn. Its dependent unit explanation and citations are corrected; the rationale now distinguishes copied file archives from repository persistence. The prior blocker is resolved.
- Representational form: Semantic prose and localized metadata are separated at their consumption paths. MEM-OBJ-derivation, MEM-OBJ-session-state, RT-OBJ-queue and RT-OBJ-claude-md support this distinction. The profile does not infer a numerical payload's form from readable search hits. Broad grouping does not merge natural-language interpretation with fixed-rule selection.
- Lineage: Manual authoring, external acquisition, source/configuration composition and activity-derived findings retain distinct derivation paths. MEM-OBJ-inbox and MEM-RTE-research-intake support imported content; EPI-RTE-reduce-content supports model-composed reasoning without proving entailment. MEM-RTE-friction-retention supports trace extraction. Initial corpus and embedding provenance remain unresolved independently of these positive witnesses.
- Behavioral authority: Retained reference content, standing directions, selection inputs, relative priorities, conformity criteria and experience at update consumers are distinguished. MEM-BAP-retained-content, RT-BAP-context-instructions, MEM-RTE-work-selection, MEM-RTE-config-refactor and EPI-RTE-verify-check support the named effects. Full self/methodology delivery remains separate from recent operational-note headers or titles in RT-RTE-session-orientation and MEM-RTE-generated-orientation. Configured vetoes cover callback operations, not universal content enforcement. Learning-input authority is not confused with downstream instruction or measured improvement.
- Write agency: Human content supply and confirmation/approval remain distinct from model admission and physical persistence. MEM-RTE-friction-retention distinguishes explicit, contextual and mining modes; MEM-RTE-note-maintenance distinguishes interactive and handoff revision. EPI-RTE-reduce-admission supports manual approval while RT-RTE-source-processing retains the wrapper conflict. Callback lifecycle and marker writes support automatic control; broad Git staging is expressly not evidence of the original content's admission control. Unresolved initial and summary writers remain unresolved.
- Curation operations: MEM-RTE-friction-retention supports claimed consolidation, duplicate extension, evolution and declared supersession. MEM-OBJ-methodology preserves the limit on universal downstream suppression; the invalidation finding does not claim reliable enforcement. MEM-OBJ-observations and RT-RTE-architecture-evolution support promotion and pending/open withdrawal. MEM-OBJ-task-stack and MEM-OBJ-next-log support removal and recommendation downweighting. Novelty-sensitive transformations remain indeterminate: EPI-RTE-reflect-use does not establish an executed standalone synthesis merely by flagging an opportunity.
- Read-back direction: Requested reads are kept separate from independent hook/host/lead supply. MEM-RTE-local-guidance establishes later consumption of retained inputs without requiring a persistent answer writer. Registered and generated orientation retain wired and afforded bases. RT-RTE-source-processing and RT-RTE-parallel-claims support unsolicited sibling inputs separately from workers' requested task/body reads. Uninspected delivery alternatives prevent complete direction coverage.
- Read-back signal: Availability, recency and eligibility gates support coarse selection. Same-batch matching supports identifier selection of delivered sibling parts on the conditional downstream route. WF-CLM-extract-selection limits initial extraction eligibility but does not negate that later selector. Requested lexical/semantic retrieval in MEM-RTE-note-maintenance is not misclassified as inferred push. File identifiers alone are not used as targeted-push witnesses.
- Trace learning: MEM-RTE-friction-retention, MEM-RTE-work-selection, MEM-OBJ-next-log and MEM-OBJ-task-files support claimed automatic activity-fed durable updates and later guidance/context consumers. The classification requires neither new knowledge nor measured improvement. MEM-CLM-transcript-gap prevents closure of automatic capture-to-mining deployment, not the separately specified mining transformation. MEM-OBJ-session-log retains unresolved substantive checkpoint alternatives rather than a false negative.
- Trace source: MEM-RTE-friction-retention supports conversational corrections and recorded tool/action feedback as distinct original content. The worker-feedback unit remains partial, supported by MEM-OBJ-task-files and RT-RTE-source-processing, without asserting complete mixed provenance. Recommendation-history origin remains not-determinable despite its qualifying update/consumer chain. Lifecycle timestamps and multi-step scheduling alone do not establish event-stream or trajectory learning inputs.
The remaining reflection-status disagreement on domain-note revision between MEM-RTE-note-maintenance and EPI-RTE-reweave-revision does not change any emitted memory comparison value. The profile assigns no common reflection verdict. Copied/inherited deployment in RT-CLM-generation-paths, search freshness, provenance-field interoperability and unresolved history writers retain their uncertainty at affected branches. These faithfully scoped uncertainties preserve the bounded comparisons; they are not additional verification findings.
