Verification
I checked every substantive statement in the public synthesis against the handed boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members. I also checked the supplied reconciliation's supersession and integration dispositions, both earlier verification judgments and the empty synthesis answers. No refusal or previous synthesis-verification judgment was supplied. No source reread was needed, and this judgment adds no evidence. The evidence remains SRC-1 at the frozen revision; implementation, attributed claims, unobserved operation and unsupported causal benefit remain distinct (Source register).
The public account is supported within that boundary:
- Request, execution and delivery: RT-RTE-query-execution and the workflow account support serial Python-owned delegation, task-local tool results, end-of-plan replanning and printed delivery without semantic acceptance. The synthesis preserves content-first completion, the outer-only cycle bound, approximate executor trimming, uncaught failure paths and the distinction between cleanup and rollback. RT-RTE-local-execution supports the separately scoped streaming and tool-adaptation alternative. No termination or tool-registration guarantee is inferred from the fallback schema.
- Effects and evidence acquisition: RT-RTE-terminal-execution, MEM-OBJ-workspace-files and MEM-RTE-workspace-read support default-confirmation, host-environment and truncated-display findings without granting containment or successful execution. EPI-RTE-search-import, RT-RTE-crawl-extraction, EPI-RTE-media-answer and EPI-RTE-math-result support the distinct acquisition, interpretation and bounded arithmetic conclusions. The synthesis does not extend inspected fidelity findings to unassessed converters or all tool routes.
- Acceptance and retained guidance: EPI-RTE-answer-check and EPI-RTE-outcome-label support an evidence-consuming answer/reference agreement decision for scoring, not plan acceptance or causal case utility. MEM-OBJ-dummy-memo, MEM-OBJ-memory, both MEM-RTE-embedding-examples and MEM-RTE-classifier-examples selectors, and EPI-RTE-case-format support retention of both signs, ranking before partitioning, user-role delivery and omitted reasons. The account preserves unknown-label behavior, count rather than token guarantees, stale-pool withdrawal and exceptional history carryover. MEM-OBJ-query-record supports the separate restart consumer and nontransactional recovery consequence.
- Numerical adaptation: MEM-OBJ-training-data, MEM-OBJ-checkpoint and RT-RTE-retriever-training support copied outcome targets, parameter updates, optional validation-based checkpoint selection and later initialization. The synthesis uses the canonical memory training object after supersession and does not confuse it with its containing route. The memory annotations support the pair-split and configuration qualifications, including the README's explicit plan option. The public EPI-CLM-weight-updates and EPI-CLM-automated-retraining claims remain qualified rather than promoted to observations.
The independent-property assessment leads with supported wired case guidance and separately runnable numerical adaptation. It assesses each theory-builder condition independently and only for the inspected case/training pathways. It does not turn inaccessible model processing into an absence, infer decision dependence from delivery, or infer reflection or theory-builder autonomy from automatic dispatch. Its dispositional self-change finding names future task performance as the objective and benchmark-query/later-start horizons; it explicitly withholds exercised dependence and successful improvement. These distinctions are supported by RT-RTE-case-admission, RT-RTE-retriever-training, RT-BAP-case-guidance and the epistemic bounded conclusion.
Read without the supporting members, the synthesis explains the operational sequence and the practical scope of its checks. Its scenario assessments are mechanism-relative rather than product rankings or adoption recommendations. Proposed resolving evidence addresses the actual gaps: linked later decisions, independent component contrasts, authenticated numerical state, scheduling/deployment consumers and formulated criticism with changed reliance. No stronger learning or causal conclusion is asserted.
The Limitations table carries the report verification's side-file inventory fault and its prevented location, withdrawal and cleanup comparisons. It also preserves the boundary and records' execution, genealogy, external-state, fidelity, scheduling and theory-criticism uncertainties. The profile verification declares no limits; its partial findings are not strengthened by the synthesis. The reconciliation establishes no unresolved conflict. No additional material defect or unsupported comparison was found. The retained local record fault below is already faithfully carried in the public account and does not require a synthesis repair.

Limits
- MEM-OBJ-tool-files remains a coarse, partial side-file inventory. The settled report-verification finding distinguishes working-directory DOCX/Chunkr basename outputs, source-stem PPTX images and cache-based unzip output, and identifies an omitted sibling XLSX conversion output in SRC-1. The synthesis Limitations carries these distinctions and withholds complete artifact-location, withdrawal and cleanup comparisons. Local persistence and caller-requested reuse remain supported; readers should not use the memory record alone as a complete directory or cleanup map. This is the carried record fault, not new source evidence or a blocker to the bounded synthesis.
