Verification

I checked all ten axes in the handed memory profile, including each unit's scope, positive findings, evidence basis and unresolved coverage. The comparison concerns accumulated retained material and its later consumers. It does not classify shipped prompts, configuration or application code as accumulated memory. The profile preserves opaque provider accumulated state without treating the providers' known model roles as an inventory of that state. No finding claims observed operation or causal benefit.

  • Storage substrate: The files, SQLite, vector and process-local findings follow the retained objects and routes. Document vectors stored in SQLite are not classified as a separate vector database. Archive packaging establishes file retention, not a complete inventory of its payloads.   • Representational form: Text, localized identifiers and arithmetic fields, and dense numerical representations have separate units. JSON and packed-byte encodings do not change document vectors' distributed-parametric form. Cached confidence is classified from its separately recorded numeric part, not from the answer prose beside it. See MEM-OBJ-document-embeddings, MEM-OBJ-topic-clusters and EPI-OBJ-answer-confidence. Unknown archive and provider payloads remain unresolved.
  • Lineage: Acquisition, generation/compilation and interaction recording retain their distinct warrants. The generated prose findings describe authorship and derivation stages, not established semantic novelty. Generic caller identity does not resolve initial note authorship or edit provenance.   • Behavioral authority: Context delivery supports knowledge; retained text/vector and event inputs support ranking; compiled source sets, session/cache state and centroids support routing at their respective consumers. Conversation text at the durable answer-update consumer is distinguished from downstream knowledge authority. Fixed code checks and deletion effects do not establish a retained validation or enforcement criterion. Unresolved user-note, source-dictionary and alternative consumers are not assigned unsupported force.
  • Write agency: Software admission of extracted metadata, mined products, conversation turns, events and maintenance changes supports automatic findings. Workflow initiation and full-mode confirmation do not establish human review of each resulting product. The separate operator-placement step supports manual backup adoption, not automatic live restoration. Generic CLI/HTTP callers remain unresolved.   • Curation operations: Deterministic sentence selection supports consolidation; requested model merging remains a claimed finding with semantic uncertainty. Centroid and article revisions support evolve, exact-title cleanup supports bounded deduplication, and age weighting/cache expiry support decay. The profile does not infer novel claims from a synthesis command name or historical invalidation from deletion alone.   • Read-back direction: Requested retrieval, browsing, recommendation and cache returns support pull. Automatic session-history delivery to expansion/answer generation and recent-view input to enrichment are separately scoped push operations within a requested chain. The memory report's lack of an independent unsolicited scheduler does not negate these automatic contextual operations under the profile definition.   • Read-back signal: Session matching selects actual retained turns, supporting identifier; recency/count/character filtering supplies a separate coarse finding. Recent-view selection supports coarse. A conditional ID-based score boost is not assumed to establish identity-selected delivery of chunks. Requested semantic or lexical retrieval is not relabelled as push selection. See MEM-OBJ-rag-conversations, RT-RTE-chat-query and MEM-RTE-history-selection.
  • Trace learning: The wired positive has a complete qualifying chain: recorded conversational history feeds answer production, software retains assistant text on applicable paths, and later model invocations consume that text. This is a derived durable context artifact, not merely raw-log retention. The definition requires neither a continuation summary nor improved capacity. Save failures and cache/empty-result branches qualify activation without negating the wired witness. Event-driven recommendation instead produces a transient profile; its durable raw events alone do not establish the same derived-artifact update.   • Trace source: Recorded conversational turns establish session-logs on the qualifying assistant-text update. Mixed retrieved document origins remain unresolved; event storage without an established qualifying durable update does not establish an event-stream learning finding. I resolved the superseded entity declaration to MEM-OBJ-entities and checked that valid containers were not mistaken for duplicate parts. The separately declared confidence and cleanup parts support their own classifications. The budget disagreement between RT-RTE-chat-query and MEM-CLM-budget-scope prevents a universal context-cap claim, but does not undermine the recorded history-selection, retention or later-consumer witnesses. The profile preserves that distinction.

Some units group several paths with the same classification and coverage. Their notes retain the local mechanism warrants rather than transferring a finding to every grouped object. All axes are partial, with included opaque or untraced alternatives retained explicitly. These assessments permit existence comparisons, not complete-value statistics or claims that unknown branches share the strongest positive witness. The remaining uncertainties are faithfully scoped in the profile; I found no material unsupported value, false complete-coverage assessment or consequential omission requiring correction.
