LLM Wiki Coordination report verification

Verification

The reports support a bounded account of prescribed agent/user coordination and implemented read-only diagnostics. The two previous epistemic blockers are repaired. I read every supplied member, correction answer, previous verification and governing contract completely. The structural check contains none; there is no structural failure to route. Runtime, memory and workflow answers are empty. The epistemic answers are arguments assessed against the revised text and frozen source, not evidence of repair by themselves.

I independently checked Git HEAD, clean tracked status and the complete tracked tree against boundary. I read every tracked source file: SRC-1 README.md, AGENTS.md, CHANGELOG.md, .gitignore, LICENSE, concepts/persona-manifest-ontology.md, all four protocols, and the complete tools/llm-wiki-audit.py. Implementation findings below use that executable; protocol and ontology findings use doctrine/design; private-use and repair assertions remain reported operation. No target execution, fixtures, dependency installation or new source was used.

Runtime and workflow

Every runtime declaration was compared with its source anchor, evidence status and actual effect boundary. RT-CMP-generic-wiki-audit is a deterministic file reader and reporter. RT-CMP-agent-substrate correctly leaves external parameters and endpoint resolution uninspected and distinguishes them from textual manifests. RT-OBJ-coordination-protocols and RT-BAP-protocol-guidance establish copied guidance, not delivered compliance.

The progression, principals, persistence and recovery in RT-RTE-thread-participation and RT-RTE-canon-admission match SRC-1 protocols/dialogue-thread-format.md, protocols/rolespace-coordination.md and protocols/multi-ai-consensus.md. Closure recognition is not page consensus. The separate theory-condition, reflection, learning and autonomy assessments do not promote requested criticism or retained scores into exercised learning. The workflow account traces the explicit thread-to-consensus connection rather than combining unrelated capabilities. Its three annotations add workflow ordering without redefining records. It does not invent dispatched delegation, mandatory audit at every handoff or observed delivery.

For RT-RTE-audit-invocation and RT-BAP-audit-exit, I traced CLI construction, traversal, YAML parsing, dispatch, severity collection, printing and exit. L0–L2 run unconditionally; only L3 is layer-dependent. Normal exit depends on collected HARD findings. Direct-method invocation lacks that terminal gate, while parser-shape and filesystem exceptions can interrupt completion. Findings and caches are transient, not persisted reports or a snapshot barrier. RT-RTE-archival-audit is a valid part of the audit route: archival metadata bypasses metadata and entry-chain validation without checking reopened status, but does not bypass all other passes.

RT-CLM-peer-evaluation correctly distinguishes partial reference/author diagnostics from structural impossibility. Older alternate references warn without resolving the referenced author. RT-CLM-canon-enforcement correctly limits its absent implementation finding to full canonical, stale and approval enforcement, not all consensus checks. RT-ABS-runtime-orchestration is supported by the complete executable and tree. RT-RTE-package-revision retains reported formula criticism and changed guidance without claiming observed recurrent rationale consumption or exercised self-improvement. SRC-1 AGENTS.md and CHANGELOG.md do not supply a private-use trace.

Memory and epistemic records

I checked all eight memory objects against their source-native identities, encoding, storage, lineage, write control and later consumers: MEM-OBJ-thread-context, MEM-OBJ-thread-meta, MEM-OBJ-thread-entries, MEM-OBJ-canon-pages, MEM-OBJ-consensus-block, MEM-OBJ-anchor-form, MEM-OBJ-audit-reports and MEM-OBJ-cemetery-log. Their mixed containers distinguish prose, symbolic checks and endorsement authority rather than treating storage as uniform knowledge authority. Canon provenance preservation, manifest reconstruction and later report/tombstone readers remain expressly unresolved.

MEM-RTE-profile-refinement preserves the prescribed formula while withholding an implemented writer, update admission and observed delivery. MEM-RTE-audit-retention and MEM-RTE-page-withdrawal correctly retain external report/tombstone duties, not executable persistence or deletion. MEM-CLM-context-economy withholds an unsupported token-scaling guarantee: avoiding historical rewrites does not bound chain-reading cost. All five memory annotations preserve their runtime referents and correctly distinguish retained wiki consumption by the checker from delivery into model context.

All seven epistemic object declarations were checked against these same source parts. EPI-OBJ-entry-prose, EPI-OBJ-rolespace-vector, EPI-OBJ-canon-prose, EPI-OBJ-zhat, EPI-OBJ-consensus-block, EPI-OBJ-audit-findings and EPI-OBJ-anchor-form distinguish candidate content, attributed judgments, diagnostic predicates and identity doctrine. The supplied substrate inventory entry adds no parameter-learning inference.

I checked every epistemic route, ledger function and Part of relation. Entry authorship, peer judgment, retention and archival import are supported functions within participation; canon review and conditional integration are supported functions within admission. Doctrine-only status does not establish that they operated. Candidate transformations remain indeterminate without actual input/output evidence. The five checker parts—EPI-RTE-hygiene-graph, EPI-RTE-vector-check, EPI-RTE-consensus-check, EPI-RTE-crypto-check and EPI-RTE-cross-check—are valid parts of the audit invocation. Their bounded derivations do not warrant subject-matter truth, consent or authenticity. Independent source tracing supports inline-code link omission, unstripped heading indexing, substring index presence, closure-inclusive accumulation, first-match crypto filtering and explicit-null signature acceptance. EPI-RTE-semantic-review remains external advisory review.

EPI-CLM-integrity-warrant and EPI-CLM-recognition-warrant preserve the actual strong claim passages without endorsing them. EPI-ABS-source-check is supported by the absence of executable baseline/authorization comparison and semantic evaluation. The claim comparisons and bounded conclusion distinguish intended structural admission from evidence-consuming acceptance of an actual proposition.

Correction and reconciliation dispositions

The revised EPI-RTE-zhat-update, object, ledger and bounded conclusion now treat orientation as a truth-apt descriptive estimate. They separate numeric normalization from its indeterminate descriptive validity and advisory consumption. SRC-1 protocols/rolespace-coordination.md explicitly describes an orientation represented by a working estimate refined through observation; protocols/dialogue-thread-format.md says preferred directions are based on past threads. The prior non-truth-apt classification is removed from these dependent passages. First blocker discharged.

The revised route removes its false containment in individual-thread participation and explains its same-producer overlap with memory's cross-thread refinement. Its remaining ledger consumption edge does not assert production containment. The updated reconciliation likewise removes the previous containment conflict and retains the shared descriptive finding. Second blocker discharged.

I checked all three supersessions and all container/part comparisons in reconciliation. Manifest, endorsement-block and orientation-route pairs identify the same referents; supersession preserves their findings rather than selecting stronger evidence. The overlapping prose/vector inventories remain valid containers, and the checker phases remain distinct parts. Semantic review is a phase of external maintenance rather than the executable audit. Claims and absence records concern distinct propositions despite overlapping source scopes. Every memory integration issue has a disposition. The remaining orientation doctrine-status conflict cites both findings, shared evidence and the conclusion prevented. It is local: claimed records the source assertion and afforded records the formula's available procedure; neither alleges implemented or observed updates. It does not justify upgrading either implementation or operation.

Omission search and stopping decision

I selected omission questions from the complete frozen tree, adoption instructions, alternate branches and producer/consumer dependencies: whether another shipped caller persists or injects retained content; whether legacy or archival reopening restores validation; whether another consumer enforces source immutability or canonical admission; and whether orientation refinement supplies an automatic durable trace-fed writer. Complete source inspection supports no additional shipped host/writer, no archival reset, external approval duties and an unwired profile formula. Historical templates/ and docs/ references do not establish current startup paths. These dispositions support the reports' central boundary and bounded negatives. Further omission expansion stopped because no identified material alternative remains without a disposition and no additional shipped route is reasonably likely to change the central account. Unobserved external deployment and private-use benefit are not evidenced absence.

Limits

  • MEM-OBJ-thread-entries, RT-RTE-thread-participation, the workflow account and the epistemic bounded conclusion use the detailed thread format and implemented closure-inclusive sum. SRC-1 protocols/rolespace-coordination.md still instructs participants to sum contribution/reopen evaluations only, as retained in memory integration issues and reconciliation. The checker's arithmetic remains supported, but readers must withhold a conclusion that every shipped participation instruction yields the same deficit after closure/reopening. No run evidence settles which instruction agents follow.
  • MEM-RTE-profile-refinement reports doctrine conclusion status afforded, while EPI-RTE-zhat-update reports claimed, as explicitly retained in reconciliation. SRC-1 protocols/rolespace-coordination.md supplies both a working-estimate assertion and its normalization formula, not an identified writer or observed update. Preserve both assessments rather than extracting one agreed doctrine status. The shared conclusion remains a specified cross-thread estimation procedure with unresolved update control and operation; no implemented trace-fed learning follows from either status.
