Verification

I checked every substantive statement in the handed bounded synthesis against its cited records, the reconciliation's supersessions and the synthesis type. I also checked the public account without assuming familiarity with the supporting reports. The evidence remains SRC-1, inspected implementation and attributed doctrine/design at the frozen boundary. No source files were read, no target code was executed and no evidence was added. The supplied synthesis answers are empty; no refusal or earlier synthesis-verification judgment was supplied.

Boundary, runtime and admission. The synthesis identifies the knowledge service, its whole-system functional scope and the excluded host/provider responsibilities without attributing the host's task loop to Cortex. Fixed stage ownership and returning model computations agree with RT-RTE-capture-pipeline and the workflow account. Capture before processing, summary and pipeline bypasses, caller-entity precedence, bounded model context, structural link checks and their endpoint-scope limits are supported. Direct writers, importer dedup qualifications and different embedding wiring remain explicit through RT-RTE-direct-import. The text does not convert structural admission into truth acceptance or generic caller invocation into human approval.

Retained parts, inference and failure. The storage and consumer distinctions follow RT-OBJ-store and the memory parts, including MEM-OBJ-documents, MEM-OBJ-relationships and MEM-OBJ-embeddings. Conditional entailment, persistent graph additions and the absence of established premise-dependent retraction preserve the warrant of EPI-RTE-rule-derivation and EPI-RTE-rule-retention. The model-output discussion retains semantic indeterminacy rather than declaring every generated proposition novel or accepted. Stage continuation, suppressed failures, initial return-type semantics and non-replay reprocessing agree with RT-CLM-stage-resilience, RT-CLM-store-consistency and the workflow account. No completion label is promoted to a consistency or semantic guarantee.

Requested reuse and diagnostics. Ranking inputs, default weights, vector bounds, briefing projection and separate richer reads agree with RT-RTE-retrieve-context and its memory annotation. The public text distinguishes response selection from host conversation compaction and preserves the lack of a hard token cap. Informational delivery does not become demonstrated injection or compliance: RT-BAP-knowledge-delivery remains the authority boundary. Dossier and synthesis retain their different selectors, and EPI-RTE-period-synthesis supports transient rather than automatic retained output. Requested diagnostics, structural versus semantic contradiction checking and conjectural systemic explanations remain qualified by MEM-RTE-issue-delivery and the epistemic ledger. The reconciliation's diagnostic supersession preserves those epistemic qualifications; the synthesis uses the canonical memory route without losing them.

Adaptation and independent properties. The strongest supported contribution is presented first: access-derived counters and tier changes reaching later display and enrichment, as established by MEM-RTE-access-promotion. The public text does not erase that positive mechanism because improvement is unestablished. It separately preserves the searched shipped-boundary absence in MEM-ABS-adaptation-wiring, the dormant weight capability and diagnostic query consumer. The reconciliation's summary and access supersessions are respected. Theory-builder conditions 1–4 retain their separate statuses from RT-RTE-maintain-knowledge. Learning benefit, reflection, autonomous theory building and exercised self-improvement are not inferred from persistence or automatic execution. The self-improvement discussion names the service boundary, cross-invocation horizon, retrieval objective, live consumers and missing objective-bearing/subsequent-operation evidence. It does not require successful improvement as a condition of membership.

Maintenance, controls and assessment. History, refresh and erasure qualifications follow MEM-OBJ-document-versions, MEM-OBJ-summary and the embedding record. Doctor checks and repair retain their structural scope and failure caveats through EPI-RTE-health-check and EPI-RTE-health-repair. Transport, approval, installation and model claims remain path-specific, as supported by RT-RTE-transport-control, RT-RTE-install-release and the runtime components. The scenario-relative assessment makes no ranking or adoption recommendation. Proposed evidence and architectural changes are identified as changes that could alter findings, not as existing behavior.

Carried limitations. I compared all report- and profile-verification limits with the public limitations table. Its first three rows faithfully carry the coarse importer relationship-warrant assessment, omitted cross-invocation diagnostic snapshot inventory and partial archive-recovery authority inventory. Their prevented comparisons remain explicit; none is presented as a complete inventory or an absence of operational effect. The remaining rows preserve source-only evidence, uncertain provenance/model meaning, path-specific recovery and refresh, incomplete criticism/revision evidence and non-exhaustive evaluation. No unresolved cross-report conflict was supplied. I found no additional record fault or materially misleading public inference requiring a blocker or a new limit. This judgment does not establish observed operation, benefit or exhaustive source coverage.
