Verification

The handed public synthesis supports publication as a bounded implementation account. I checked each substantive statement against the supplied boundary, runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow members, applying reconciliation's six duplicate supersessions without strengthening their findings. I also checked the settled report-verification limit and the profile-verification judgment against the public Limitations. No previous synthesis verification or refusal was supplied, and the synthesis answers file is empty. I made no additional source reads and added no evidence. This judgment concerns support and meaning, not a repetition of deterministic form or quotation checks.

The opening establishes the frozen revision, cutoff, whole-system responsibility boundary and implementation/design evidence basis. It expressly distinguishes that boundary from exhaustive route inspection and observed operation, consistently with the Source register. The scenario-to-population progression separates optional seed production from ingestion and preparation. Its automatic content admission and conditional enrichment claims follow EPI-RTE-ask-briefing, MEM-RTE-graph-ingestion, EPI-RTE-web-research and RT-RTE-prepare-population. It does not turn context conditioning into validated biography or population fidelity.

The runtime map preserves code scheduling versus model action choice, previous-round context, concurrent platform work and alternate dedicated drivers. Its timeout and rollback qualifications agree with RT-RTE-synchronized-rounds and the runtime's forcing-case account. Direct interviews and manual calls are not folded into the ordinary action loop. The external-tool discussion preserves default-off activation, registry/eligible-ID grants, inherited host environment and pending requested-result delivery in RT-RTE-interview-manual and RT-RTE-agent-mcp. It asserts neither universal persona allowlisting nor a sandbox, and does not misclassify delayed fulfillment as unsolicited selection.

The learning-related account leads with the supported contribution: trace-fed changes have later context consumers. It then withholds benefit rather than denying adaptation. Resident round summaries, targeted digests and checkpointed scalar state retain their distinct substrates, selection and restoration limits in MEM-RTE-round-history, MEM-OBJ-cross-platform-log, MEM-OBJ-belief-state and MEM-RTE-belief-feedback. Background individual compaction is not extended to ancient merging; checkpoint reload is not full context restoration. Delivery is not strengthened into compliance through RT-BAP-agent-context.

The graph account correctly distinguishes category/provenance metadata from truth acceptance. Identity selection and textual incompatibility have bounded force, not independent verification of new assertions: see EPI-RTE-entity-resolution and EPI-RTE-edge-adjudication. Optional activity ingestion is not complete or exactly once. Default, historical, node and fallback reads retain their different withdrawal semantics, including adapter metadata loss. Sampled community wording, broader membership, missing-only construction and non-atomic replacement remain separate findings in MEM-RTE-graph-retrieval and MEM-RTE-community-rebuild.

The higher-order-property paragraph makes no unsupported system-wide negative. The runtime supplies no separate theory-builder conditions 1–4 assessment; the synthesis acknowledges that gap rather than inventing condition values. It separately withholds criticism-led improved capacity, reflection, autonomous theory building and exercised self-improvement. Those qualifications are consistent with the positive adaptation route and the epistemic bounded conclusion. Missing operation is not used to erase inspectable architectural capacity. The self-improvement passage identifies the missing independent objective and later causal dependence rather than claiming that parameter training or machinery editing is necessary.

The representative report workflow is intelligible without the supporting members. Planning fallback, section-local delegation without sibling drafts, first-call dispatch, normal minimum-tool policy and its force-finish alternative follow RT-RTE-report-sections. The outer workflow adds placeholder retention, truncated optional synthesis without veto, assembly-based completion and retrievable-file delivery, consistently with WF-RTE-report-delivery. Optional emitted reasoning traces are not private model reasoning or an automatic learning consumer: see MEM-OBJ-reasoning-trace. No settled report-context disagreement survives in the public account.

The scenario-relative assessment preserves the distinction between plausible dynamics and forecasting in EPI-CLM-scenario-caveat. It keeps activity health, agreement with a caller-supplied outcome, attributed public annotation and adapter arithmetic separate. Its conclusions do not upgrade any of these into independently verified outcomes, calibrated probabilities or measured financial risk: see EPI-RTE-quality-diagnostics, EPI-RTE-prediction-resolution, EPI-RTE-outcome-annotation and EPI-RTE-signal-derivation. The final paragraph offers conditional evidence or system changes that would alter specific conclusions, not claims that those checks have occurred or generic adoption advice.

The Limitations carries the report verifier's market/media omission with its citations and analytical consequence: narratives, digests and beliefs are not the only feedback, and exhaustive context-transformation, cross-platform aggregation and recovery-equivalence comparisons remain unavailable. This is compatible with the explicitly partial memory coverage and does not require reopening accepted records. Profile verification declares no additional limit. The remaining public rows preserve the affected records and prevented conclusions for unobserved operation, auxiliary/dependency coverage, lossy restoration, consumer-specific withdrawal, report acceptance, appraisal semantics and independent higher-order properties. Reconciliation supplies no unresolved conflict to carry. I found no additional record fault, unsupported comparison value, false absence or complete-coverage assertion requiring a blocker or new limit. Faithfully scoped uncertainties already expressed in the synthesis are not additional verification findings.
