Verification

I checked all ten axes in the memory profile, including their unit scopes, positive values, evidence bases and coverage assessments. The judgment uses the handed runtime, memory, epistemic and workflow records, resolving the seven duplicate epistemic object identities through the supplied reconciliation. No source files were read, no analyst findings were reopened and no new evidence or quotations were introduced.

All positive findings remain at claimed strength. The records describe a design and attributed operation, not inspected implementation, inspectable executions or independently supported causal effects. The reported rejection-history sequence does not upgrade the underlying mechanisms to observed operation (WF-CLM-loop-evolution, MEM-CLM-rejection-history). Known local classifications therefore do not imply verified execution. Each axis remains partial, with its unresolved alternatives retained rather than silently excluded.

Objects, forms and provenance

Consumers, admission and transformations

  • Behavioral authority: Diagnostic knowledge and learning authority attach to retained experience and feedback at update consumers; instruction authority attaches to procedural skill content at task inference. The index's relevance summaries support ranking influence without requiring a learned scoring implementation. Neither advisory rejection history nor the live scalar threshold is misclassified as a retained enforcing control. Companion delivery and the disputed completeness of maintainer history supply remain unresolved (RT-RTE-wiki-maintenance, RT-RTE-skill-proposal, MEM-OBJ-index, MEM-OBJ-skill-impact, RT-BAP-skill-injection, MEM-OBJ-purpose, EPI-RTE-impact-retention). The alternative wiki-enabled inference branch is cautiously left unresolved; that does not invalidate the positive default-consumer findings (MEM-BAP-wiki-guidance).
  • Write agency: Automatic classifications follow the described admission mechanisms: harness trace retention, model-selected wiki edits, software-gated skill changes and outcome-history append. They are not inferred solely from authorship or physical file writes. Workflow initiation is not treated as per-content human approval. Initial control, alternative replacements and companion maintenance retain their uncertainty (RT-RTE-task-execution, EPI-RTE-wiki-retention, RT-RTE-skill-proposal, RT-RTE-validation-gate, MEM-OBJ-purpose).
  • Curation operations: Summarizing index/log transformations support consolidation; explicit refinements support evolution. Rejection rollback withdraws current procedural reliance while keeping intervention history, supporting bounded invalidation. This is not a claim of wiki-wide retraction. Requested duplicate avoidance is not a demonstrated deduplication transformation. The indeterminate semantics of generated explanations do not support a synthesis finding merely because the prompt requests root causes (MEM-OBJ-index, MEM-OBJ-log, EPI-RTE-wiki-formulation, RT-RTE-skill-proposal, RT-RTE-validation-gate, MEM-OBJ-skill-impact).

Delivery, selection and trace-fed updates

  • Read-back direction: Automatic maintainer inputs, proposer initial context and full skill injection support push; model-requested file reads support pull. The requested file return is not counted again as an unsolicited push. Provisional validation exposure remains distinct from later accepted-skill use. Alternative inference access and companion/history delivery uncertainties prevent a complete direction inventory (RT-RTE-wiki-maintenance, RT-RTE-skill-proposal, RT-RTE-task-execution, MEM-OBJ-purpose, MEM-BAP-wiki-guidance).
  • Read-back signal: Outcome stratification, trace caps, role-default supplies and full active-set injection support coarse selection on the actual push operations. Index-guided judgment belongs to subsequent requested reads, not an inferred-judgment push. File addresses alone do not support identifier push. Unknown alternative directions are not declared signal-inapplicable (RT-RTE-wiki-maintenance, RT-RTE-skill-proposal, RT-RTE-task-execution, MEM-BAP-wiki-guidance).
  • Trace learning: The positive units identify automatic experience-fed writes, durable wiki/procedure/feedback artifacts and later consumers. They do not rely on raw archiving alone, parameter updates, semantic novelty or demonstrated improvement. Separate rationale consumption and additional-state chains remain unresolved rather than producing a system-wide negative (MEM-OBJ-raw, RT-RTE-wiki-maintenance, RT-RTE-skill-proposal, EPI-RTE-impact-retention, RT-BAP-skill-injection, MEM-OBJ-purpose).
  • Trace source: Linked training rollouts support trajectories; explicitly recorded calls/results support tool-traces on the tool-using portion, not on every task. The unit note preserves that distinction. Validation feedback has a supported rollout origin without establishing a retained full validation archive or complete source-category coverage. Static reference outcomes do not become session logs or event streams merely by being supplied to the update (MEM-OBJ-raw, RT-RTE-task-execution, RT-RTE-validation-gate, EPI-RTE-impact-retention).

The remaining maintainer-history disagreement is preserved rather than settled in favor of the broader runtime wording. It prevents complete maintainer delivery and consumer comparisons, not the supported proposer history route. Diff/full-content ambiguity prevents reconstructability claims, while log naming uncertainty does not change the files classification (RT-RTE-validation-gate, MEM-OBJ-skill-impact, EPI-RTE-impact-retention, MEM-OBJ-log). These uncertainties already travel with partial axes and unresolved units. I found no unsupported emitted comparison value, false complete-coverage assessment or material omission requiring correction. Faithfully scoped uncertainty is not an additional verification limit.
