Verification
I checked all ten axes in the profile, including each positive finding, evidence basis, coverage assessment, natural unit and included alternative, against the handed records and annotations. The supplied reconciliation resolves the content, store-maintenance and explicit-retrieval identities to their memory-member declarations; the profile uses those canonical records. No unresolved inter-report conflict requires choosing a stronger finding. This judgment uses no source reads, new evidence or replacement classifications.
All positive findings retain claimed basis. The accepted records describe a documentary design rather than inspected executable wiring, observed execution or independent causal support. Known classification of a bounded design mechanism does not itself assert its execution. All ten axis inventories remain partial, with unresolved initial provenance, backend, serialization or deployment alternatives retained where consequential.
- Storage substrate: Model-weights is supported for the GRPO-updated policy. The profile correctly leaves the abstract LTM store, conversational context and experience buffer without a controlled substrate value. Dense embeddings do not establish vector storage, and message-list notation does not establish RAM or restart durability (MEM-OBJ-embedding, MEM-OBJ-summary, MEM-OBJ-experience, RT-CMP-agent-policy).
- Representational form: Natural-language prose, distributed dense encodings, symbolic addressing and learned parameters have supported consumption-specific mappings. Free-form metadata remains locally partial. The experience unit identifies both conversational text and symbolic bookkeeping, but combines their natural units; its supported positives remain valid, with the inventory limit below (MEM-OBJ-content, MEM-OBJ-embedding, MEM-OBJ-access-metadata, MEM-OBJ-experience).
- Lineage: Model-authored store strings, conversational extraction, imported driver context, encoder compilation and trace-fed parameter changes support the emitted paths. Arbitrary string semantics, metadata generation and initial parameter provenance remain unresolved. The profile does not infer synthesis from failure to establish entailment (MEM-RTE-store-maintenance, MEM-OBJ-summary, EPI-RTE-language-content, RT-RTE-policy-update).
- Behavioral authority: Retained prose supplies knowledge at the policy; embeddings and message text influence similarity scores; metadata and identifiers target search or mutation; experience supplies learning supervision at the optimizer. Updated weights influence subsequent operation selection. These findings name actual consumer roles, not a blanket implication from retention or trace learning. Opaque downstream forces remain partial, and static prompt/schema authority is excluded from accumulated memory (MEM-BAP-retained-context, MEM-OBJ-embedding, MEM-OBJ-access-metadata, RT-RTE-context-filter, RT-BAP-trained-policy, MEM-OBJ-experience).
- Write agency: Model-generated store mutations, summary installation, threshold removal, experience collection and gradient updates support automatic admission. Researcher setup and preference input are not per-content approval; the deletion confirmation argument is model-supplied. Unknown initial content and deployment checkpoint admission are preserved separately (MEM-RTE-store-maintenance, RT-RTE-context-summary, RT-RTE-context-filter, RT-RTE-task-rollout, RT-RTE-policy-update).
- Curation operations: Declared summary compression, entry revision and removal support consolidate, evolve and decay. Fidelity uncertainty does not turn summary compression into synthesis. Unknown arbitrary store-string transformations stay unresolved; occurrence rewards and illustrative cleanup establish neither deduplication nor history-preserving invalidation (RT-RTE-context-summary, MEM-RTE-store-maintenance, RT-RTE-context-filter, EPI-RTE-language-content).
- Read-back direction: Explicit retrieval fulfills the policy's request and supports pull. Pre-action Stage 1 retrieval, subsequent transformed-context supply and scheduled training consumption support push at their separate later-consumer operations. Insertion of a requested result is not counted as an additional push. Unresolved whole-store serialization and serving loaders prevent complete enumeration (MEM-RTE-requested-retrieval, RT-RTE-stage-retrieval, RT-RTE-task-rollout, RT-RTE-policy-update).
- Read-back signal: Stage retrieval and Filter use embedding-based selection. Positional/whole-context carryover and grouped training supply support coarse selection. The notes identify triggers, selector inputs and selected parts. Mutation identifiers do not establish identifier-based delivery. Signal is inapplicable only at the named pull-return unit, not across unresolved alternatives (RT-RTE-stage-retrieval, RT-RTE-context-filter, RT-RTE-context-summary, RT-RTE-policy-update, MEM-RTE-requested-retrieval).
- Trace learning: Conversation-fed LTM extraction, continuation summarization and GRPO each have a supported automatic trace-fed write, retained behavior-shaping result and later consumer. Their claimed positives require neither semantic novelty nor demonstrated improvement. Static inputs, initial model provenance and alternative checkpoint updates remain unresolved; no universal negative is asserted (MEM-OBJ-content, MEM-RTE-store-maintenance, MEM-OBJ-summary, MEM-OBJ-experience, RT-RTE-policy-update).
- Trace source: Conversational turns, recorded tool calls or tool-related conversation, and linked stage states/actions/outcomes support the emitted session-logs, tool-traces and trajectories findings on their qualifying writes. Upstream driver-data, synthetic-input and initial-model provenance remain unresolved locally rather than being reclassified by conversational wrapping. Stage bookkeeping alone does not establish event-stream origin (MEM-OBJ-experience, RT-RTE-task-rollout, EPI-OBJ-context-content, MEM-OBJ-summary, RT-RTE-context-summary).
The profile author's correction answer is supported by the current member. The trace_source unit “Conversation summary production” now has partial assessment, preserves its claimed session-log and tool-trace findings, and names unresolved original provenance of supporting information, distractors, retrieved content and earlier summaries. Its records, axis note and rationale retain the same limitation. The preceding objection to known source coverage therefore no longer applies. This correction does not undermine the separately supported trace-learning positive: one qualifying trace-fed summary path need not classify every original input. The predecessor's coarse-experience objection remains an inventory limit, not an unsupported positive or complete-axis claim.

Limits
- The representational-form inventory in the profile is partial and groups conversation/action text with tuple/scoring fields in “Experience tuples: conversation/action text versus tuple/scoring fields.” MEM-OBJ-experience distinguishes these operative parts, and RT-RTE-policy-update identifies their optimizer consumption. Both emitted forms remain supported, and the grouping does not change the supported system union. Consumers should withhold part-level comparisons of text versus score/log-probability handling and their separate persistence paths from this combined unit.
